Wednesday, Jan. 17

• 5:10 p.m.: Police arrested Ivan Londura, 43, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Park Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 8:29 p.m.: Police arrested Ruben Guerrero-Zacarias, 38, of Woodburn, in the 500 block of North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with fourth-degree assault and menacing.

Thursday, Jan. 18

• 9:07 p.m.: Police arrested Timofey Efimoff, 34, of Marion County, and he was charged with arrest on warrant and resisting arrest.

Friday, Jan. 19

• 2:45 p.m.: Police arrested Ismael Lopez-Lopez, 29, of Woodburn, in the 900 block of Carol Street, and he was charged with first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespassing. Also arrested was Salomon Vazquez-Hernandez, 34, of Marion County, on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing.

• 11:34 p.m.: Police arrested Eduardo Alonso Flores Rodriguez, 19, at the intersection of Front and Harrison streets, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Saturday, Jan. 20

• 12:05 a.m.: Police arrested Koriko Ilahyali Mares Lily, 32, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Hardcastle and Park avenues on charges of attempting to elude police and hit and run. A charge of second-degree criminal mischief was added an hour and a half later.

• 2:14 a.m.: Police arrested Mauro Merino-Zuniga, 23, of Woodburn, at the intersection of Willow Avenue and Newberg Highway, and he was charged with DUII.

• 2:45 a.m.: Police arrested Sergio Ra Zepeda-Salinas, 58, of Woodburn, in the 1200 block of East Lincoln Street, and he was charged with contempt of court, second-degree trespassing and possession of methamphetamine. Also arrested was Wendy Meredith Samuelsen, 52, of Marion County, and she was charged with second-degree trespassing.

• 7:25 p.m.: Police arrested Tony Lee Wood, 41, of Molalla, at Walmart, and he was charged with first-degree trespassing and failure to appear.

Sunday, Jan. 21

• 3:22 a.m.: Police arrested John Scott Lonergan, 41, of Hubbard, at the intersection of Harrison Street and North Settlemier Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine.

• 10 a.m.: Police arrested Melissa C. Frantila Justice, 45, of Salem, in the 100 block of Grant Street, and she was charged with second-degree trespassing.

Monday, Jan. 22

• 7:27 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of McLaughlin Drive.

• 10:02 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 12:14 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Hillyers Lane.

• 1:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1400 block of East Lincoln Street.

• 1:10 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Country Club Road.

• 2:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of Rainier Road.

• 3:08 p.m.: Police arrested Gene Walter Pippert, 40, of Woodburn, in the 1400 block of East Lincoln Street, and he was charged with second-degree theft.

• 3:52 p.m.: Police arrested Martin Garcia-Flores, 51, in the 100 block of North Front Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 3:56 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 7:58 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1500 block of North Pacific Highway.

• 8:15 p.m.: Police arrested Felix Salomon Jimenez, 27, in the 800 block of North Pacific Highway, and he was charged with third-degree shoplifting.

Tuesday, Jan. 23

• 8:10 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2400 block of North Boones Ferry Road.

• 9:32 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Sycamore Avenue.

• 10:27 a.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 2700 block of Duke Street.

• 11:04 a.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1600 block of Mount Hood Avenue.

• 4:24 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 1900 block of Jansen Way.

• 4:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 3000 block of Sprague Lane.

Thursday, Jan. 25

• 4:18 a.m.: Police arrested Jose Pena De Jesus, 29, of Woodburn, in the 1500 block of James Street, and he was charged with failure to appear, giving false information to a police officer and interfering with a police officer.

• 9:04 a.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of North Third Street.

• 12:29 p.m.: Police arrested Abel Alexander Diaz, 21, of Salem, in the 700 block of North Third Street and he was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, harassment and third-degree theft from a motor vehicle.

• 1:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of trespassing in the 1500 block of Willow Avenue.

• 5:03 p.m.: Police responded to a report of theft in the 700 block of North Second Street.

• 6 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 600 block of North First Street.

• 6:16 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 1700 block of North Front Street.

• 2:37 a.m.: Police arrested Marcos Alberto Correa-Andrade, 22, of Marion County, at the intersection of North Pacific Highway and Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with DUII.

• 1:59 p.m.: Police arrested Avraam Postnirov, 38, of Woodburn, in the 1000 block of Mount Hood Avenue, and he was charged with failure to appear.

• 2:23 p.m.: Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1000 block of Kelowna Court.

• 9:08 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an assault in the 300 block of North Pacific Avenue.

Friday, Jan. 12

• 9:08 p.m.: Police arrested Dustin Alan LaFarge, 18, of Marion County, in the 4100 block of Fifth Street, and he was charged with minor in possession of alcohol and minor in possession of marijuana.

Friday, Jan. 19

• 6:40 p.m.: Police arrested Michael Joseph Fields, 40, of Hubbard, in the 3000 block of Third Street, and he was charged with failure to appear.

Tuesday, Jan. 23

• 1:19 p.m.: Police arrested Olivia Lumbreras, 39, of Woodburn, at the intersection of G and Second streets, and she was charged with arrest on warrant and failure to appear.

MOUNT ANGEL

Wednesday, Jan. 17

• 3:47 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a vehicle with an angry occupant blocking a driveway on Abbey Drive. The officer made contact with the driver who stated they would be leaving and not returning.

• 5:21 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a stolen trash can in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue. The officer located the can at a house nearby. It was determined to be a misunderstanding.

Thursday, Jan. 18

• 12:57 p.m.: Police responded to a report of sa possibly stolen vehicle at the intersection of East College and North Main streets. The officer located the vehicle and determined the driver may have forgotten where it was parked.

Friday, Jan. 19

• 2:15 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 900 block of Carol Street.

• 5:05 p.m.: Police arrested Lacy Steiger, 31, of Mount Angel, in the 300 block of Lincoln Street, on a Clatsop County warrant.

Saturday, Jan. 20

• 11:53 a.m.: Police responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of South Church Street.

• 10:02 p.m.: Police responded to a report of verbal harassment in the 500 block of Alder Street. Police were told the subject was continually calling the complainant and threatening them. Open investigation.

Sunday, Jan. 21

• 10:19 a.m.: Police responded to a report of damage to the door of the announcer booth at Kennedy High School.

• 10:46 a.m.: Police responded to a report of cat being shot with a pellet gun in the 800 block of East College Street.The owner said the cat had to be put down.

Tuesday, Jan. 23

• 4:31 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person going through trash cans in the 900 block of South Main Street. The officer was unable to locate the subject.

• 8:59 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 300 block of North Main Street. The report received regarding an individual who yelled at the complainant while they were in their car and hit the hood of their vehicle. No damage was reported. The officer was unable to locate the subject.

• 10:04 p.m.: Police arrested Boone Kirby, 35, transient, in the 100 block of North Main Street,on a Marion County warrant.

Thursday, Jan. 25

• 12:27 a.m.: During a traffic stop at North Main Street and Industrial Way, police arrested Aaron Clemmer, 38, of Lebanon, on a warrant from Linn County. Citation issued to the driver for driving while suspended, illegal plates and driving uninsured.

Saturday, Jan. 27

• 9:15 a.m.: Police responded to a report of someone's vehicle having been opened twice within a few days in the 200 block of North Cleveland Street. Nothing was missing.

• 10:17 a.m.: Police responded to many reports of a loud boom in the 300 block of Pershing Street. The officer conducted area checks but did not find anything suspicious.
