Husky boys knocked out by Sisters in overtime shootout

The North Marion boys soccer team was eliminated by Sisters from the 4A state playoffs on Nov. 5 in a 2-1 game that was decided on penalty kicks.

After the two teams finished the regulation game and overtime tied at 1-1, the game went to a penalty kick shootout, which was won by the Outlaws 5-4.

The playoff game marked the sixth-consecutive year North Marion (9-3-4, 5-2-3 Tri-Valley) has reached the postseason.
