Kylie Gonzales agreed to play softball at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City after she graduates this spring. Gonzales, the 2012 Tri-Valley Conference Player of the Year and a First Team All Conference selection at third base, is set to conclude her high school career this spring when the Husky softball team takes the field.

Whiteheads parents Robert and Anita sit by his side, while North Marion boys soccer coach Rafael Pelaez stands.Shane Whitehead Whitehead was the Huskies’ last line of defense this past fall, as North Marion finished the regular season ranked No. 8 in the OSAA standings. A Second Team all conference selection in November, Whitehead gave up one or fewer goals nine times this season. The Huskies lost just three games all season, including a 2-1 loss in the first round of the playoffs to eventual 4A state champion Sisters.
