ACCIDENTS

9/23 5 p.m. A bicyclist was injured and combative after taking a tumble near Blankenship Road and I-205.

9/24 5:20 p.m. An accident was reported on southbound Highway 43 at I-205.

9/25 12:10 p.m. A hit-and-run accident occurred in the Safeway parking lot.

9/27 4:42 p.m. An accident occurred at Hidden Springs Road and Willamette Drive.

FRAUD

9/26 2:22 p.m. Accounts were fraudulently opened using a subject’s Social Security number from the 3300 block of Walling Way.

THEFTS

9/21 9:48 a.m. A work van on the 4100 block of Imperial Drive was broken into during the night.

9/21 12:55 p.m. Two political signs disappeared from a yard on the 19300 block of Nixon Avenue.

9/24 6:03 p.m. A Canon Rebel camera valued at $1,000 was taken from the 5700 block of West A Street.

9/26 12:44 p.m. A former neighbor stole items from a man’s old apartment on the 2200 block of Fifth Avenue. This was not the first time.

9/26 1:56 p.m. Two juveniles were caught shoplifting on the 5600 block of Hood Street.

9/26 2:13 p.m. A theft was reported from Market of Choice.

9/27 9 a.m. A purse containing drug paraphernalia was found in the bushes on the 19200 block of Nixon Avenue.

9/27 9:07 a.m. A disturbance was reported at West Linn High School.

9/27 11:08 a.m. A former friend took $240 from a check he deposited for a man on the 18800 block of Trillium Drive.

9/27 4:53 p.m. A Rolex valued at $8,000 was stolen from the 23000 block of Bland Circle.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

9/21 7:15 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported on the 3400 block of Riverknoll Way.

9/21 10:03 a.m. A vehicle parked on the 21400 block of Salamo Road seemed suspicious.

9/21 10:57 a.m. A man near Sunset Avenue and Willamette Falls Drive was behaving inappropriately.

9/21 11:58 a.m. A woman believes her son is wanted by the police and wanted to arrange for him to turn himself in.

9/21 12:18 a.m. An officer assisted the county sheriff’s office with looking for a suspicious person on the 3500 block of Borland Road.

9/21 12:33 p.m. Harassing phone calls threatening death were being received by an unknown person.

9/21 2:45 p.m. Construction workers are setting up a staging area in front of a woman’s home on the 1600 block of Carriage Way.

9/22 9:19 p.m. Prank calls were being received on the 18600 block of Nixon Avenue. Police advised the resident to not answer calls from unknown numbers.

9/22 10:28 p.m. Two suspicious people were sitting in a vehicle on the 3000 block of Roxbury Court and then left.

9/23 10:28 a.m. A man was walking in the middle of the road and acting strangely on the 1800 block of Ostman Road.

9/23 1:34 p.m. A possible sewer line collapse was reported on the 2900 block of Hunter Way.

9/23 6:48 p.m. Two people were approaching fisticuffs in the Albertsons parking lot.

9/23 6:55 p.m. A mother was lighting off bottle rockets even though her children were crying.

9/24 3:16 a.m. An unwanted daughter-in-law was trying to get into a home.

9/24 11:36 a.m. Political signs are being dumped near Palomino Court and Sorrel Way.

9/24 2:01 p.m. Curb painters are repeatedly ignoring a “no solicitors” sign on the 6200 block of Haverhill Court.

9/25 12:58 p.m. A suspicious vehicle with its door open was seen on the 22300 block of Clark Street.

9/25 4:07 p.m. A suspicious truck on Ponderay Drive and Salamo Road was a construction vehicle.

9/26 1:09 p.m. An 8-year-old had to climb in through a window on the 5500 block of McKillican Lane when his mom was not home to open the door after school. There was a mix-up between the mom and the school.

9/26 5:27 p.m. Two 11-year-old girls selling magazines were reported missing from the 2200 block of Michael Drive. They were found next door.

9/26 8:49 p.m. A runaway juvenile has stolen checks and cashed them.

9/27 12:08 a.m. A suspicious man was sitting outside a business on the 2100 block of Eighth Court.

9/27 10:38 a.m. Women’s clothing was found inside a Porta Potty on the 5600 block of Hood Street.

9/27 11:41 a.m. Employees on the 5500 block of Summit Street were threatening each other.

9/27 1:32 p.m. A suspicious man was sitting in a tree near Bland Circle and Day Road.

9/27 8:20 p.m. A resident on the 4800 block of Summit Street reported feeling sick and blamed it on the smoke coming from a neighbor.

9/27 8:43 p.m. A resident on the 1300 block of Falls Oaks Court was too scared to answer knocking on the door. It was a neighbor saying the resident left a door open.

9/27 10:02 p.m. A possible explosion was heard on the 1400 block of Village Park Place.

9/27 11:34 p.m. A resident from a care facility was trying to clean for several hours at Albertsons.

9/28 12:02 a.m. A juvenile was cited and released for possessing alcohol.

ANIMAL ANTICS

9/23 4:51 p.m. A dog was bit by another dog on the 19900 block of Willamette Drive.

9/23 5:23 p.m. Two girls carrying a rabbit in a cat carrier are suspected of attempted cat kidnapping.

9/26 10:22 a.m. Chickens were at-large on the 1700 block of Regency Street.
