Authorities recently filed reports on the following incidents.


9/28 3:28 p.m. Two vehicles were involved in an accident on northbound I-205 at 10th Street.

9/28 5:54 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at Nolan Lane and Short Street.

10/4 3:58 p.m. A fence on the 4000 block of Ridge Lane was damaged in a hit-and-run accident.


9/29 7:30 a.m. A theft of a phone, iPod charger and garage door opener from a vehicle was reported on the 4100 block of Rosepark Drive.

9/30 11:01 a.m. A vehicle was broken into on the 6400 block of Tompkins Court. The registration was taken.

9/30 3:17 p.m. Sunglasses, a car charger and credit cards were taken from a vehicle on the 4100 block of Rosepark Drive.

10/2 6:49 p.m. A cellphone was stolen from a restroom at Mary S. Young State Park.

10/2 7:09 p.m. A theft was reported from the 2600 block of Beacon Hill Drive.

10/4 12:44 p.m. A juvenile shoplifter was apprehended at Market of Choice.


9/28 9:17 a.m. Dump trucks from a construction site near Carriage Way and Rosemont Road spilled hydraulic oil on the road.

9/28 10:54 a.m. Subjects in a vehicle on the 1100 block of 12th Street were asking strange questions.

9/28 11:08 a.m. Rocks from a truck cracked a windshield on southbound I-205 at Highway 43.

9/28 12:58 p.m. A suspicious loitering person seemed to be hiding near Fourth and Volpp streets.

9/28 6:44 p.m. Occupants in two slow-moving vehicles appeared to be peering at houses on the 6300 block of Shetland Place.

9/29 8:34 p.m. Two minors were caught in possession near West Linn High School.

9/29 10:06 p.m. A suspicious man parked in a vehicle on the 4100 block of Mapleton Drive was waiting to meet someone to go to a wedding.

9/29 10:28 p.m. Two juveniles were cited for possession on the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

9/30 8:49 p.m. A couple were moving into a home on the 3900 block of Elmran Drive suspiciously late in the day.

9/30 2:43 p.m. A woman in front of Jack in the Box was screaming at employees about fraud.

9/30 3:03 p.m. Three minors were cited for possession of alcohol at Swiftshore Park.

10/1 8:46 p.m. Three teens said to be committing “unknown types of criminal mischief” were found to be normal kids doing no harm.

10/1 9:20 p.m. A woman near Blankenship and Debok roads appeared to be going through drug withdrawal.

10/2 7:28 a.m. A suspicious vehicle on the 2200 block of Fifth Avenue was an alleged private investigator.

10/2 8:27 a.m. A park visitor was afraid to touch a beer bottle and water bottle with liquid in them at Hammerle Park.

10/2 6 p.m. Boys at Sunset Park were riding bikes and skateboarding, but mischief was suspected.

10/3 12:54 a.m. Harassing phone calls are being received on the 3700 block of Wild Rose Loop.

10/2 2:21 p.m. A caller was concerned about the welfare of a man leaning down in a vehicle near Chestnut Street and Willamette Falls Drive. He was working.

10/3 7:48 p.m. A loud street sweeper was agitating a resident near Walling Circle and Willamette Drive.

10/4 1:15 p.m. Jared Michael Wilmarth, 32, registered as a sex offender.

10/4 1:45 p.m. A woman on the 1600 block of Sixth Avenue believes someone is entering her home while she is sleeping and she hears the door when the person leaves. This has been going on for four to five months.

10/4 2:19 p.m. A 5-year-old child is riding a bike near 10th Street and Fifth Avenue with no adult to be seen.

10/4 4:45 p.m. Police assisted the fire department with a child stuck in a seatbelt on the 1000 block of Snidow Drive.


9/29 8:49 a.m. A black cat was pressing its luck playing near traffic near I-205 and 10th Street.
