1/20 10:49 p.m. A home in the 1900 block of 13th Street was broken into and prescription medication was taken.


1/18 7:58 a.m. A two-vehicle crash occurred on southbound I-205 at the bridge.

1/18 8:13 a.m. An accident was reported at Hollowell Street and Willamette Drive.

1/19 5:13 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported on southbound I-205 at 10th Street.

1/21 2:32 p.m. A stop sign was knocked down at Kapteyns Street and Valley View Drive.

1/22 3:29 p.m. Four vehicles were involved in an accident on southbound I-205 at 10th Street.

1/23 1:26 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2100 block of Fircrest Drive.


1/18 8:23 a.m. A wedding band was stolen from the 2500 block of Hillcrest Drive.

1/18 5:28 p.m. A theft was reported in the 4600 block of Pine Street.

1/19 2:02 a.m. A phone was reported stolen from West Linn Saloon.

1/23 4:44 p.m. Packages were taken from a porch in the 2900 block of Winkel Way.

1/24 10:45 a.m. Someone posing as a Chase Bank customer attempted to take money out of an account.

1/24 10:55 a.m. A plasma cutter, compressor and welder were reported stolen from the 1000 block of Willamette Falls Drive.


1/23 1:12 p.m. Identity theft was reported in the 3900 block of North Hampton Court.

1/24 2:35 p.m. Identity theft was reported in the 2800 block of Mark Lane.

1/24 8:47 p.m. Identity theft was reported in the 1200 block of Orchard Street.


1/18 9:37 a.m. Lots of trash was noticed in West Linn parks.

1/18 1:04 p.m. Suspicious emails were received in the 5300 block of Amy Street.

1/18 1:29 p.m. Harassment was reported at West Linn High School.

1/18 2:14 p.m. A bottle with syringes in it was found behind Great Clips on Blankenship Road.

1/18 1:32 p.m. A resident was locked out of an apartment with three young children inside in the 2700 block of Lancaster Street.

1/18 3:36 p.m. Five juveniles were suspected of smoking marijuana at the skate park.

1/18 6:17 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was seen in the 1500 block of Burns Street.

1/18 5:22 a.m. Police assisted with a house fire in the 1900 block of Aztec Court.

1/19 11:04 p.m. People may be smoking marijuana in their vehicles in the 2100 block of 19th Street.

1/19 11:36 p.m. A drunken man was seen walking toward a park near 13th Street and Tualatin Avenue.

1/20 9:45 a.m. Police assisted with smoke inside a residence in the 4400 block of Mapleton Drive.

1/21 12:31 a.m. A suspicious vehicle was parked in the 2600 block of Gloria Drive.

1/21 7:44 a.m. Police assisted with a medical call in the 2100 block of Greene Street.

1/22 5:36 a.m. A subject with a flashlight in the 1000 block of Epperly Way was deemed suspicious.

1/22 8:20 a.m. An unknown male is sending naked pictures of himself to a teenage girl in the 1900 block of Hillcrest Drive along with her friends.

1/22 1:32 p.m. Jason Lee Bennett, 43, registered as a sex offender.

1/22 4:12 p.m. A man was seen trying to pry open a vehicle door at Wilderness Park.

1/22 4:13 p.m. A caller was concerned about an elderly woman leaving the West Linn Public Library with her grown children, complaining of pain.

1/22 5:30 p.m. A pushing match between two drivers was witnessed near Hidden Springs Road and Willamette Drive.

1/23 4:14 p.m. Three high schoolers were hanging out near Cornwall and Warwick streets. A caller “just wants them to move along.”

1/23 5:03 p.m. Harassing emails are being received in the 10100 block of Brily Way. The writer of the emails ran out his backdoor when police arrived.

1/24 8:39 a.m. A cargo van in the 19500 block of Hidden Springs Road raised suspicion.

1/24 3:43 p.m. A subject was seen throwing glass bottles out of a vehicle near Chestnut Street and Sunset Avenue.

1/24 4:40 p.m. Police assisted with a fire in the 19700 block of Sweetbriar Drive.

1/24 5:09 p.m. Possible drug activity was seen in the 2000 block of Oak Street.

1/24 8:37 p.m. A family’s computer in the 18400 block of Nixon Avenue was hacked.


1/18 12:44 p.m. A resident is concerned about a potentially neglected dog in the 18300 block of Shady Hollow Way.

1/22 3:53 p.m. An “injured, disoriented” raccoon was limping around Marylhurst and Valley View drives.

1/24 10:39 a.m. A sick or injured raccoon scurried across the 800 block of Marylhurst Drive.
