ACCIDENTS

3/8 8:23 a.m. A vehicle rear ended another one at Mapleton and Willamette drives.

3/8 4:15 p.m. Two vehicles collided in front of the Walmart driveway.

3/8 7:58 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10th Street and I-205. Guardrails were damaged.

3/11 4:39 p.m. An accident occurred in the 22300 block of Willamette Drive.

3/14 4:34 p.m. A vehicle ran into the parked trailer in the 19700 block of Wildwood Drive.

3/14 4:59 p.m. Two vehicles were involved in an accident at Underhill Lane and Willamette Drive.

3/15 8:43 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10th Street and Eighth Avenue.

3/15 9:14 p.m. A vehicle hit a tree in the 23500 block of Johnson Road.

BURGLARY

3/11 9:41 a.m. A burglary was reported in the 2900 block of Carriage Way.

THEFTS

3/9 7 a.m. A wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked in the 18400 block of Nixon Avenue.

3/9 7:31 a.m. Tools were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 18900 block of Nixon Avenue. A window was broken out.

3/9 7:51 a.m. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 19000 block of Nixon Avenue.

3/9 8:21 a.m. A passenger window was broken out of a vehicle in the 18300 block of Nixon Avenue. Nothing was stolen.

3/9 12:46 p.m. A MacBook and mouse valued at $2,500 were stolen from a vehicle in the 19000 block of Nixon Avenue.

3/11 7:20 a.m. A laptop valued at $400 and iPod were stolen from a vehicle in the 3400 block of Chelan Drive.

3/13 9:05 a.m. A Honda Accord was reported stolen from the 1700 block of Blankenship Road.

3/13 5:20 p.m. A 13-year-old girl was cited and released for theft from Market of Choice.

FRAUD

3/9 10:15 a.m. Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Marylhurst Circle.

3/11 5:03 p.m. Fraudulent withdrawals from a checking account were reported in the 1900 block of Hall Street.

3/12 7:03 p.m. Identity theft was reported in the 6400 block of Evergreen Drive.

3/13 11:15 a.m. Identity theft was reported in the 3100 block of Cottonwood Court.

3/13 2:04 p.m. Credit card fraud was reported in the 1400 block of Village Park Place.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

3/8 11:42 a.m. Threatening text messages were being received in the 2000 block of Parkside Court.

3/8 2:06 p.m. Someone is suspected of living in a large white delivery van parked near 12th Street and Willamette Falls Drive for two weeks.

3/8 3:58 p.m. A mother is concerned her adult son’s friends are taking advantage of him.

3/8 4:10 p.m. An older man was walking with a stick along southbound I-205 north of 10th Street.

3/8 10:09 p.m. A driver swerving and having difficulty maintaining a lane in the 18700 block of Willamette Drive was found not to be drunk.

3/9 12:03 a.m. A house and car in the 2700 block of Jolie Pointe Road were found secure after the homeowner feared a prowler.

3/9 7:15 a.m. A Bank of America bag was found in a front yard in the 18900 block of Nixon Avenue.

3/9 8:54 a.m. Two subjects spent the night in a vehicle parked in the 3600 block of Landis Street.

3/9 3:40 p.m. A small child was heard screaming, “help me” in the 1300 block of 11th Street. Police found that the children were yelling, “Listen to me, daddy!”

3/9 7:33 p.m. A suspicious solicitor in the 18700 block of Rose Way told a resident he was just released from jail.

3/9 9:44 p.m. Lots of “yelling, screaming and things being broken” was heard in the 2000 block of Sunray Circle.

3/10 11:21 a.m. Officers assisted Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue with a vehicle fire in a garage in the 2800 block of White Salmon Court.

3/10 4:02 p.m. Officers provided medical assistance with a drunken woman who fell down in the 2100 block of Crestview Drive.

3/10 4:13 p.m. Roughhousing boys were causing concern near 10th Street and Blankenship Road.

3/10 5:01 p.m. Kids racing motorcycles in a field near Evah Lane and Kimberly Drive had the property owner’s permission.

3/10 5:11 p.m. A homeowner in the 5600 block of Cascade Street came home and found back and front doors open.

3/10 5:39 p.m. An ex-husband was calling and harassing his 15-year-old daughter.

3/11 9:52 a.m. A car in the 1900 block of 16th Street had a flat tire thanks to a suspiciously placed razor blade.

3/11 11:12 a.m. A man flagged down an officer in the 1700 block of Blankenship Road saying someone wanted to kill him.

3/11 11:22 a.m. A mailbox near Hale Drive and Ridge Lane was reported destroyed with mail everywhere. It was not destroyed; the letter carrier had just left it unlocked.

3/11 3:44 p.m. A 12-year-old was reported walking on southbound I-205 near Highway 43.

3/12 8:23 a.m. A woman crouching down and rubbing her hands in the dirt near Sunset Avenue and Willamette Falls Drive was deemed as “acting odd.”

3/12 11:32 a.m. An assault was reported in the 1700 block of Blankenship Road.

3/12 12:44 p.m. Syringes were found in the city hall parking lot in the 22500 block of Salamo Road.

3/12 8:39 p.m. Police assisted Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue on an unconscious person who was really just sleeping.

3/13 2:09 a.m. Five men leaning against a vehicle and drinking were deemed suspicious in the 20100 block of Larkspur Lane.

3/13 2:07 p.m. An elderly man in the Cascade Summit shopping center seemed “confused.”

3/13 4:21 p.m. A suspicious man “acting odd” ran into Russ’s Auto Care and asked for a job application.

3/13 5:43 p.m. Littering was reported in the 1700 block of Blankenship Road. Garbage was found in a recycling bin.

3/14 2:54 p.m. A street lamp was knocked over in the 1900 block of Sunray Court.

3/14 4:26 p.m. A man keeps asking another man in the 1400 block of Skye Parkway if he wants to sell his vehicle.

3/15 8:29 p.m. A teenage daughter called to report her mother’s mental breakdown.

3/15 10:41 p.m. A drunken son came home and broke a door.

3/15 11:22 p.m. A neighbor in the 2100 block of Snowberry Ridge Court was “running around” and “stomping.”

ANIMAL ANTICS

3/8 1:31 p.m. A stray dog that had been hanging out at Tanner Creek Park for days was finally caught.
