ACCIDENTS

3/29 1:43 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 5700 block of Hood Street. Landscape lighting was damaged.

3/29 3:21 p.m. An accident occurred at Hidden Springs Court and Santa Anita Drive.

3/30 1:18 p.m. An accident was reported on I-205 at Willamette Drive.

3/30 3:03 p.m. Two vehicles collided at 10th Street and Eighth Avenue.

3/31 8 p.m. A vehicle ran off the road on I-205 near Highway 43.

FRAUD

3/30 6:40 p.m. Fraud was reported in the 5500 block of West A Street.

THEFTS

3/31 9:33 p.m. A backpack was reported stolen from a porch in the 19500 block of Hidden Springs Road.

4/1 12:20 p.m. A theft of a case from a locked suitcase was reported in the 1700 block of 16th Street.

4/1 8:31 p.m. A girlfriend is accused of stealing a man’s things from the 4300 block of Imperial Drive.

4/1 11:58 p.m. A suspicious vehicle took items left out for trash removal near K Street and Webb Street.

4/2 5:46 p.m. A Honda charger and three handheld Motorola radios were stolen from a construction site in the 1500 block of Rosemont Road.

4/2 8:45 p.m. A children’s basketball hoop was reported stolen from the 2700 block of Summit Place.

4/3 9:20 p.m. An old barbecue left at the curb for disposal in the 4200 block of Riverview Drive was stolen.

4/4 6:06 p.m. Someone attempted to steal a refrigerator left at the curb for disposal in the 1200 block of Bexhill Street.

3/29 6:55 a.m. People near Sunset Avenue and Willamette Falls Drive repeatedly heard a child yelling for his or her mother.

3/29 7:42 p.m. An ex-husband was yelling and kicking things.

3/29 8:07 p.m. A suspicious man was pacing in front of Sunset Primary School.

3/29 8:16 p.m. A house was egged in the 2000 block of Carriage Way.

3/29 8:59 p.m. Kids in the 1900 block of Alpine Drive were ringing doorbells and running away.

3/30 9:23 a.m. A teen in an orange Mustang was “racing around” the 6100 block of Churchill Downs Drive.

3/30 2:32 p.m. A suspicious man was watching children at Willamette Park.

3/30 3:42 p.m. A driver looked to be “in duress” at the corner of Greene Street and Salamo Road.

3/30 4:15 p.m. A man was seen riding a motorcycle without a helmet near Debok Road and Village Park Place.

3/30 4:21 p.m. Suspected fireworks at Fields Bridge Park were model rockets.

3/30 5:16 p.m. Food was reported missing from a home. Subject suspects kids let friends come to house while out of town. Nothing was missing except food.

3/30 6:48 p.m. A teen was seen trying to remove a stop sign at Debok Road and Summerlinn Drive.

3/31 3:02 a.m. A woman was seen “stumbling around” the 2000 block of Eighth Avenue.

3/31 3:52 a.m. A car was egged in the 1000 block of Epperly Way.

3/31 11:21 a.m. A questionable friend in the 19500 block of Hidden Springs Road refused to return another friend’s belongings.

3/31 3:27 p.m. A house in the 4400 block of Cedaroak Drive was TP’d and “KKK” was written with ketchup in the driveway.

3/31 6:04 p.m. A wandering 3-year-old was found near Burns and Hood streets. The child was reunited with his parent.

3/31 6:11 p.m. A neighbor in the 18600 block of Upper Midhill Drive threatened to kill another neighbor during an argument regarding trashcans.

3/31 10:06 p.m. An upset son was swinging a pick ax in a backyard.

4/1 7:46 a.m. A house and vehicle were egged in the 1000 block Epperly Way.

4/1 9:44 a.m. A drunken and aggressive man was panhandling at Walmart.

4/1 11:32 a.m. A home’s phone and Internet service lines were cut in the 1400 block of Dollar Street and two window screens were bent.

4/1 1:34 p.m. A suspicious man keeps entering the Verizon store and making inappropriate comments.

4/1 3:30 p.m. A man is harassing a woman in the 22600 block of Crown Court, wanting her to go to the bank with him to get money.

4/2 9:37 a.m. A suspicious man was seen slinking around the 1800 block of Knapps Alley.

4/2 2:15 p.m. A door was found kicked in in the 1800 block of Knapps Alley. Nothing was taken.

4/2 7:40 p.m. Kids playing basketball were too loud in the 3000 block of Kensington Drive.

4/2 10:06 p.m. The doors and windows of a home were found open in the 3900 block of Kenthorpe Way. The homeowner was found sleeping on a sofa and was just trying to dry out carpet he just cleaned.

4/2 10:54 p.m. A drunken man was seen wandering around a store in the 19100 block of Willamette Drive. His friends arrived to walk him home.

4/3 9:25 a.m. Threatening emails are being received in the 3400 block of Riverknoll Way.

4/3 3:19 p.m. A blanket was reported nailed to a tree covering an active beehive near Blankenship and Ostman roads.

4/3 6:35 p.m. A suspicious man in the 4000 block of Willamette Falls Drive appearing to be “tweaking.”

4/3 7:18 p.m. House builders working after hours in the 4100 block of Mapleton Drive were too noisy.

4/3 8:24 p.m. A door-to-door solicitor in the 4600 block of Riverview Avenue asked to use a homeowner’s bathroom.

4/3 8:32 p.m. A suspicious circling van in the 22900 block of West Bluff Drive parked. The driver was visiting a friend.

4/3 9:22 p.m. Kids are ringing doorbells in the 4800 block of Summit Street.

4/4 3:01 p.m. An officer found and returned a juvenile near Pine Street and Sunset Avenue.

4/4 7:39 p.m. Kids playing basketball outside were disturbing in the 3000 block of Kensington Court.

4/4 7:57 p.m. Two vehicles were damaged in the 6000 block of West A Street.

ANIMAL ANTICS

3/30 11:44 a.m. Two dogs were fighting in the 2300 block of Volpp Street, resulting in a person being bit.

3/31 9:40 a.m. An opossum wasn’t just playing dead in the 2400 block of Sunset Avenue.

3/31 12:20 p.m. A dog was bitten by another dog at Mary S. Young State Park.

4/2 10:25 a.m. A dog made itself at home in a backyard in the 4200 block of Calaroga Drive.

4/2 8:23 p.m. A loose dog attacked another dog in the 19200 block of View Drive.

4/2 10:35 p.m. Noises were heard outside of a home in the 4200 block of Riverview Drive. It was a raccoon.

4/3 5:54 a.m. A suspected prowler was heard in a home in the 22700 block of West Bluff Court. It turns out the homeowner’s cats turned on the TV.

4/3 6:28 a.m. A dog took off after a walker in the 4000 block of Elmran Drive.

4/3 10:49 a.m. A dead deer was found under a deck in the 19900 block of Bluegrass Circle.

4/3 2:03 p.m. A “vicious” pit bull wearing a red scarf was seen snapping at other dogs in the 20600 block of Noble Lane.

4/4 3:29 p.m. An injured beaver was seen in the 19300 block of Nixon Avenue. An officer “dispatched” the creature.
