BURLGARY

6/18 11:23 a.m. Several storage units at West Cliff Manor were broken into in the 5000 block of Broadway Street.

THEFTS

6/15 12:36 p.m. A theft was reported from the 1100 block of 12th Street. A purse containing a handgun was stolen.

6/15 10:07 p.m. An iPhone valued at $500 was stolen from the 4500 block of Exeter Street.

6/17 1:34 p.m. An iPhone was stolen from a front porch in the 5700 block of River Street.

6/18 4:36 p.m. Items were stolen from a garden storage shed in the 20000 block of Marigold Court.

6/19 9:24 a.m. A theft from a workshop was reported in the 1200 block of Marylhurst Drive. Tools valued at $500 were taken.

6/19 9:51 p.m. A pair of sunglasses valued at $90 was stolen from a vehicle in the 2600 block of Coeur d’Alene Drive.

6/19 10:21 p.m. A caller was concerned customers were being over-served at a West Linn bar as people were “having trouble talking and almost falling down.”

6/20 11:58 a.m. Medication was taken from a purse in the 1700 block of Maple Street.

6/20 7:32 p.m. A bad customer left McMenamins without paying his tab.

6/20 11:13 p.m. Suspicious people running through a park in the 1400 block of Lewis Street were just playing tag.

6/21 1:19 a.m. A suspicious person was Dumpster-diving in the 19500 block of Hidden Springs Road.

ACCIDENTS

6/14 11:27 a.m. An accident was reported in the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

6/14 2:53 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

6/15 5:48 a.m. A single-vehicle accident with injuries was reported on northbound I-205 at the viewpoint.

6/15 1:59 p.m. An accident with injuries was reported on southbound I-205 south of Highway 43.

6/20 12:50 p.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

6/14 3:05 p.m. Skateboards were riding in traffic near Swiftshore Circle and Swiftshore Drive.

6/14 8:51 p.m. People were camping in an RV in a field in the 800 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

6/14 10:06 p.m. Crazy teens were being loud, playing tag and running in people’s yards near Charman and Grant streets.

6/14 10:47 p.m. Teens were loitering at Rosemont Ridge Middle School.

6/14 10:54 p.m. Teens were screaming and revving vehicle engines in the 1700 block of Britton Street.

6/14 10:58 p.m. Cars were speeding up and down the street near 19th Street and Willamette Falls Drive.

6/14 11:40 p.m. A group of teens were throwing Cedaroak Park Primary School property into the street.

6/15 2:33 p.m. Kids were shooting air soft pistols in a playground in the 4300 block of Horton Road.

6/15 4:46 p.m. An 11-year-old son was being belligerent and was yelling.

6/15 11:06 p.m. People were drinking in the street of the 6200 block of Barlow Street.

6/15 11:06 p.m. Vehicles are speeding up and down the 1800 block of 13th Street.

6/16 2:46 p.m. A drunken man was walking home down the middle of the road near Cornwall and Lancaster streets.

6/16 4:58 p.m. A screaming subject was going through a Dumpster in the 3500 block of Cedaroak Drive.

6/16 5:11 p.m. Kids were riding pocket bikes without helmets in the 21400 block of Miles Drive.

6/16 6:36 p.m. A bicyclist with a stuck lock at Market of Choice asked for police assistance. An officer with a bolt cutter came to rescue.

6/16 11:07 p.m. Kids were throwing wet wads of paper towels at vehicles near Day and Salamo roads.

6/17 2 p.m. When an upstairs neighbor in the 20000 block of Snowdrop Court watered his plants and cleaned his balcony he got water all over the lower level resident’s outdoor furniture and deck.

6/17 5:08 p.m. Kids were throwing toilet paper around at Willamette Primary School.

6/18 3:56 a.m. Someone at Tanner Creek Park is talking loudly.

6/18 4:10 p.m. A resident in the 5500 block of First Court believes a neighbor has been listening in on her for several years.

6/19 3:23 p.m. Entrepreneurial kids were in the middle of the street in the 2600 block of Lancaster Street holding signs. They were trying to sell Kool-Aid.

6/19 5:21 p.m. Kids were scolded in the 3800 block of Fairhaven Drive for throwing water balloons at vehicles.

6/19 6:54 p.m. A suspected drunken clerk in the 19300 block of Willamette Drive was just upset over an unrelated issue.

6/20 1:35 p.m. A suspicious man was laying down near the Oregon City-West Linn Arch Bridge.

6/20 3:36 p.m. Gunshots were heard in the 25400 block of Swiftshore Drive.

6/20 5:56 p.m. Two men were loitering in an underground parking garage in the 21900 block of Willamette Drive and burning incense.

ANIMAL ANTICS

6/14 7:34 p.m. A deer was in the median at Sunset Avenue and Willamette Falls Drive.

6/16 4:22 p.m. A subject was seen firing a bb gun at a squirrel in the 4500 block of Norfolk Street. An officer found no shooter nor dead squirrel.

6/17 12:08 p.m. A citizen brought a distressed kitten to the police station, however it could not be saved.

6/19 1:58 p.m. An injured heron was found curled up in some bushes near Market of Choice.

6/19 2:47 p.m. An office located the injured heron and made arrangements for it to go to a rehabilitation facility in Molalla.

6/20 8:08 a.m. Neighboring dogs in the 19600 block of Derby Court are not behaving neighborly. One dog acts threateningly toward another.
