Authorities recently filed reports on the following incidents:


8/9 5:04 p.m. An accident was reported at Jolie Pointe Road and Willamette Drive.

8/10 3:30 a.m. A Safeway truck was rear-ended by a Honda Accord on northbound Interstate 205 near Highway 43.

8/10 4:03 p.m. A hit-and-run accident occurred in the Albertsons parking lot.

8/11 10:07 p.m. A vehicle rammed into a tree behind Safeway. The driver was cited for careless driving.

8/12 4:49 p.m. An accident with injuries was reported on northbound Interstate 205 at Highway 43.


8/12 6:12 p.m. Real estate signs are repeatedly being taken out of a yard in the 2300 block of Falcon Drive.

8/14 9:35 a.m. A theft of gas and change from a vehicle in the 2200 block of Fifth Avenue was reported.

8/14 1:59 p.m. An A-frame sign from the Savanna Oaks Neighborhood Association was stolen near Ponderay Drive and Salamo Road.

8/15 4:28 p.m. A man attempted to steal cigarettes from the Chevron station in the 19100 block of Willamette Drive. He was arrested on suspicion of third-degree theft.


8/9 9:50 a.m. Identity theft was reported in the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

8/15 2:22 p.m. Counterfeit $10 bills were being passed at Jack in the Box.


8/9 12:45 p.m. A house with a collapsed roof was reported in the 4900 block of Summit Street. Contractors were intentionally removing the roof.

8/9 1:34 p.m. A man displayed a gun while driving southbound on Interstate 205 near 10th Street.

8/9 5:47 p.m. Someone attempted to gain entry to a residence in the 18400 block of Steamboat Way. Nothing was taken.

8/9 7:34 p.m. A suspected drunk driver near Sunset Avenue and Willamette Falls Drive was just sleepy.

8/9 9:37 p.m. Loud teens were found on the beach near Mapleton. They weren’t drunk, just loud.

8/9 10:52 p.m. Possible gunshots were heard in the 2500 block of Lancaster Street.

8/10 12:31 a.m. A man in his pajamas sitting on the corner of Renaissance Court and Summit Street was suspicious.

8/10 3:18 a.m. People are reportedly using drugs in the bathroom of a restaurant.

8/10 9:12 p.m. A loud band at Willamette Park was not making sweet music.

8/10 10:57 p.m. An elderly resident needed assistance in turning the lights off.

8/11 7:39 a.m. The picnic tables at Sunset Park were found all stacked precariously.

8/11 10:04 a.m. A church service at Willamette Park was too loud.

8/11 12:57 p.m. Police assisted medics with a child who fell off the play structure at Hammerle Park.

8/12 1:40 a.m. Beeping devices were found under vehicles in the 4000 block of Imperial Drive. Juveniles were cited and released for curfew violation.

8/12 3:25 a.m. Officers aided medics with a man who had passed out while walking his dog in the 4300 block of Willamette Falls Drive.

8/12 11:08 a.m. In a case of good fences build good neighbors, one neighbor removed a fence in the 2800 block of Polo Court, maddening a neighbor.

8/12 8:46 p.m. Road-ragers were chasing each other near Bland Circle and Salamo Road.

8/12 9:11 p.m. Police assisted with a vehicle fire at the rest area on Interstate 205.

8/14 10:55 a.m. A suspicious man wearing a monitoring anklet in the 4500 block of Riverview Avenue was just making his way to work.

8/14 8:56 p.m. Possible gunshots were heard in the 2600 block of Mark Lane.

8/14 9:26 p.m. A teen daughter was accused of hitting her mother and trying to take her car.

8/14 9:51 p.m. Teens in the skate park after hours were 12-year-olds waiting for their parents to pick them up.

8/15 4:21 a.m. A woman in the 5500 block of First Court claims a neighbor is “shooting (a) smoke gun through thin walls causing an odor” in her house. When officers responded, the woman answered the door with a butter knife in her hand.

8/15 4:06 p.m. A post was set on fire in the 3200 block of Wild Rose Loop.

8/15 4:53 p.m. A vehicle was keyed in the 1800 block of Blankenship Road.

8/15 4:59 p.m. Assault was reported in the 23000 block of Horizon Drive.

8/15 7:02 p.m. Kids are chronically screaming in the 4300 block of Riverview Avenue.

8/15 10:27 p.m. Loud, suspicious noises were heard in the 18600 block of Midhill Circle. It was a neighbor cleaning out a garage.

8/16 12:14 a.m. Teens playing on equipment at Willamette Park were told to head home.


8/10 3:31 p.m. A dog bit the bottom of a woman’s shoe in the 1900 block of Alpine Drive.
