1/21, 2:12 a.m.; Someone refused to pay his cab fare on Blankenship Road at I-205.
1/21, 3:08 p.m.; A construction harness, a tool bag and tools were taken from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Eighth Court.
1/23, 4:38 p.m.; A shoplifter at Safeway was released to his mother.
1/24, 6:09 p.m.; An attempted theft from a vehicle was reported at the West Linn Public Library. A window was smashed, but nothing was reported missing.
1/25, 12:16 p.m.; An estranged husband took off from the 1700 block of 16th Street in his ex-wife's vehicle.
1/26, 5:21 p.m.; An unauthorized withdrawal from a bank account was reported from the 20100 block of Larkspur Lane.
1/20, 4:51 p.m.; A two-vehicle accident occurred at Holly Street and Willamette Drive.
1/22, 10:37 a.m.; A single-vehicle accident was reported on southbound I-205 near Highway 43.
1/22, 4:03 p.m.; A trailer and pickup truck were blocking traffic on southbound I-205 at Highway 43, but it was determined not to be an accident.
1/24, 12:42 p.m.; A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 19500 block of Hidden Springs Road.
1/24, 4:32 p.m.; A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 21500 block of Willamette Drive. A delivery truck is suspected.
1/24, 4:57 p.m.; An accident occurred on northbound I-205 near 10th Street.
1/24, 9:01 p.m.; Two vehicles collided on southbound I-205 near Highway 43.
1/26, 4:11 p.m.; Two vehicles crashed when one failed to stop at a stop sign at 13th Street and Willamette Falls Drive.
1/26, 4:16 p.m.; An accident was reported at Barlow Street and Highway 43.

1/20, 9:35 a.m.; A 3-year-old boy was reported missing from the 2100 block of Long Street. He was found on a nearby road.
1/20, 10:39 a.m.; A landscaper was blowing leaves into the street and leaving them there in the 2100 block of Maple Terrace.
1/20, 11:13 a.m.; A citizen dropped off bullets at the police department.
1/20, 1:32 p.m.; A runaway dock from Willamette Park was reported from the 1100 block of 12th Street.
1/20, 5:10 p.m.; A man in the 2600 block of Maria Court was being harassed via texting and Facebook.
1/20, 7:07 p.m.; A storage pod was deemed legally parked in the 20700 block of Viewpoint Road.
1/20, 11:51 p.m.; A drunk man at the West Linn Saloon became upset when he was refused service.
1/21, 8:03 a.m.; Police found a front door open and no one home in the 1500 block of Bolton Street.
1/21, 7:34 p.m.; A bicyclist was toting a small, helmetless child on their handlebars in the 18800 block of Willamette Drive.
1/21, 8:17 p.m.; A runaway girl was transported to Legacy Emanuel Medical Center by AMR.
1/21, 10:25 p.m.; A suspicious man parked at Rosemont Ridge Middle School was actually there for lacrosse practice.
1/22, 5:38 p.m.; Police found a disoriented elderly woman in the 3100 block of Parker Road. Police gave her a ride home.
1/22, 8:04 p.m.; A young man was getting into mailboxes and shaking a stop sign near Rosemont Road and Wild Rose Drive.
1/22, 10:39 p.m.; A drunk woman was out of control and breaking things. She was turned over to a sober roommate.
1/23, 1:23 p.m.; A suspicious person boarded a TriMet bus at West A Street and Willamette Drive.
1/23, 2:48 p.m.; A used needle was found in a parking lot in the 5600 block of Hood Street.
1/23, 7:01 p.m.; An estranged husband threatened to make his soon-to-be-ex-wife's life 'hell.'
1/24, 10:21 a.m.; A man threatened a postal employee in the 5600 block of Hood Street.
1/24, 12:44 p.m.; Fraud was reported in the 1700 block of Blankenship Road. A cable account was made in the victim's name.
1/24, 1:28 p.m.; A man tried to pay with a fake $50 bill at Jack in the Box on Blankenship Road.
1/24, 2:28 p.m.; Someone attempted to withdraw funds from a Tanner Spring Assisted Living resident's bank account.
1/24, 5:51 p.m.; A possibly drunk driver that was reported as nearly going into the ditch at Hidden Springs Road and Willamette Drive was really just a woman having trouble with her defroster.
1/26, 1:17 a.m.; A suspicious vehicle was circling a parking lot in the 22100 block of Horizon Drive.
1/26, 11:03 a.m.; A vehicle was 'scoping out' the parking lot at Mary S. Young Park.
1/26, 12:39 p.m.; Teen boys were throwing things at a home in the 22100 block of Willamette Drive.
1/26, 2:47 p.m.; A woman in the 19600 block of White Cloud Circle received a bizarre phone call from an unknown man stating it was a federal matter.
1/26, 9:41 p.m.; A home in the 2600 block of Sunset Avenue keeps receiving harassing calls from a telemarketer.
1/26, 11:28 p.m.; A car window was broken in the 3200 block of Journeay Court.
1/20, 7:33 a.m.; Tucker the Australian shepherd was lost in the 2100 block of Windham Court.
1/21, 12:41 p.m.; Two loose dogs were running near Hood Street and Willamette Drive.
1/21, 1:27 p.m.; Two dogs were playing in traffic in the 3500 block of Willamette Falls Drive.
1/21, 7:06 p.m.; A barking Chihuahua was tied to a truck in a parking lot in the 1600 block of Dollar Street.
1/24, 11:59 a.m.; A neighbor complained of chickens, roosters, pigeons and unauthorized buildings in the 23100 block of Bland Circle.
1/25, 10:36 a.m.; A loose dog chased a cat up a tree in the 4200 block of Riverview Drive.
1/26, 12:56 p.m.; Someone was chased by a loose beagle near 13th Street and Eighth Avenue.
