The raid, which took place at about 8:15 a.m. at 1555 Sixth Street, resulted in the arrests of Deanna Cherry, 60, and Robert Kline, 48. Police were investigating a suspected illegal marijuana grow at the home and seized 24 ounces of marijuana along with several marijuana plants and three firearms.

West Linn Police Detective Mike Francis said the raid was prompted by a patrol officer’s ongoing investigation of the property. SWAT presence was deemed mandatory based on Cherry and Kline’s criminal histories.

Cherry was charged with manufacture and distribution of a controlled substance, while Kline faced charges of conspiracy to commit manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by an ex-felon.

As investigators searched the property, Daniel Sheehan, 42, arrived at the home and was arrested for violation of a restraining order.

Cherry, Kline and Sheehan were transferred to Clackamas County Jail.
