Kribs detained on parole violation warrant

The fourth suspect in a rash of vehicle break-ins was arrested Monday.

Deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office located Ryan Gregory Kribs, 30, just after 9 p.m. off Fuller Road near the Clackamas Town Center and transported him to the West Linn Police Department.

Kribs was the fourth suspect wanted by the WLPD in its ongoing car prowl investigation.

West Linn police arrested three people April 6 and were looking for a fourth in connection with nearly two dozen vehicle break-ins in the Bolton and Savannah Oaks neighborhoods in the past two months.

Detectives and the Clackamas County Inter-Agency SWAT unit served a search warrant at 11316 S.E. Linnwood Ave. in Milwaukie and took into custody 43-year-old William Anthony Pouppirt and 26-year-old Julieann Elizabeth Mosley. They were both charged with identity theft and conspiracy to commit unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Police also arrested 27-year-old Angela Rose Amato of West Linn at another address for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine.

Kribs was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of a parole violation warrant. The WLPD investigation is continuing.

West Linn Sgt. Neil Hennelly said the department was thankful for the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office assistance on the case.

'These guys have appeared to have prowled across the metro area,' said Hennelly, noting that West Linn has seen a decrease in reported break-ins since the arrests.

'It took a bite out of our call load for right now,' he said.
