ARRESTS

8/13 9:39 a.m. Clayton William Cobleigh, 43, was lodged at Marion County Jail on two West Linn warrants for failure to appear on suspicion of DUII and failure to appear on suspicion of reckless driving.

8/15 11:19 p.m. Ronald Lee Starr-McCloud, 47, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on a Beaverton warrant for suspicion of contempt of court.

DUII

8/9 12:03 a.m. Jennifer Ruth McKenney, 42, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII and reckless driving.

8/9 11:07 p.m. Taylor L. Fohr, 26, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII, reckless endangering and second degree criminal mischief.

8/10 12:41 a.m. Charles Aric Tautfest, 47, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

8/10 2:19 a.m. Michael Leonard Franklin, 48, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

8/11 12:05 a.m. Sara Hinda Salzberg, 54, was lodged at Clackamas County Jail on suspicion of DUII.

THEFTS

8/10 5:08 p.m. A GPS system valued at $150 was stolen from a vehicle in the Savanna Oaks area.

8/13 6:05 p.m. A shoplifter was apprehended at Market of Choice on Hood Street.

FRAUD

8/11 5:41 p.m. A caller reported fradulent charges on his Mastercard.

8/11 4:11 p.m. Two vehicles collided near Salamo Road and Vista Ridge Drive.

8/13 10:12 a.m. Two vehicles collided on Interstate 205 near West Linn.

8/14 7:57 a.m. Two vehicles collided on Interstate 205.

8/14 5:36 p.m. Two vehicles collided near Burns Street and Willamette Drive.

LIFE IN WEST LINN

8/8 11:05 a.m. Two subjects were possibly cutting trees, digging and putting nails in trees near Gallery Way and Suncrest Drive.

8/8 12:29 p.m. A man said Jehovah’s Witnesses left garbage on his porch, and trespassed on his property in order to do so.

8/8 4:26 p.m. A man said his family would be having a barbeque between 7 and 9 p.m. and would like for an officer to come by.

8/8 6:38 p.m. A woman in the Savanna Oaks area said someone entered her vehicle overnight and opened the glove box and center console, but nothing was taken.

8/9 4:13 a.m. A suspicious looking man was “acting strange” and walking between the 7-11 and gas station near the 19100 block of Willamette Drive.

8/10 12:58 p.m. A woman said she was almost hit by a car in Willamette Park.

8/10 1:19 p.m. A subject who came to the police station to dispose of a gun changed his mind and left with it.

8/10 7:55 p.m. A woman saw two young men climb through a neighbor’s kitchen window. It was the neighbor’s son, who had forgotten his key.

8/10 9:10 p.m. A suspicious looking person was trying to read meters but had no identification and was “acting odd” near the 1800 block of 6th Avenue.

8/11 2:50 a.m. A suspicious looking person was going through recycling bins with a flashlight near the 1600 block of Village Park Place.

8/11 1:18 p.m. A housesitter said her nephew, who is wanted by police, had entered the home through the patio door. Police were unable to locate the man.

8/11 2:22 p.m. A man was printing inappropriate material on computers at the library.

8/11 5:52 p.m. A caller said a juvenile was driving a black Honda near Jolie Pointe Road and Willamette Drive.

8/11 6:14 p.m. A vehicle was “keyed” near Mapleton Drive and Nixon Avenue.

8/11 11:15 p.m. A suspicious looking man outside a home near the 21300 block of Zeus Drive was just jogging.

8/11 11:20 p.m. A suspicious looking man was walking in the street near Highway 43 and Arbor Drive.

8/12 12:07 a.m. A suspicious looking woman was knocking on a door and refusing to leave near the 19100 block of Walling Circle. She was given a ride home.

8/13 6:30 a.m. A woman said her husband was screaming and locked in the bathroom. He had been outside and was now banging on things. The situation was resolved.

8/13 9:05 a.m. The driver of a suspicious looking vehicle approached the front and back door of a home near the 18200 block of Lower Midhill Drive. He was a contractor.

8/13 1:55 p.m. A man said his ex-wife refused to return his children after visitation.

8/13 3:13 p.m. A subject was seen shaking the fence on an overpass near SW Johnson Road and Interstate 205.

8/13 3:33 p.m. A group of juveniles was seen riding a grocery cart down Chelan Drive. A mother was contacted and said she had permission to take the cart from Safeway to unload groceries, but was unaware the kids were riding it on the street.

8/13 5:02 p.m. A woman was concerned that there were squatters at a location near 5500 1st Court.

8/13 8:46 p.m. A suspicious looking vehicle had its lights on near Territorial Drive. The driver was fishing and just left the lights on.

8/13 10:10 p.m. A loud group of unattended kids were in a backyard having a pool party.

8/13 11:01 p.m. Two sisters were fighting and one was sprayed with aerosol.

8/14 8:06 a.m. Juveniles were found asleep in a car near the 3200 block of Wild Rose Loop. Parents were called and the kids went home.

8/14 9:28 a.m. Tires were slashed on a vehicle near the 1700 block of 19th Street.

8/14 10:48 p.m. Two women were shoving each other at McMenamins Pub near the 2100 block of 8th Avenue.

8/15 5:42 a.m. Music “blasting” from a home on the 1400 block of Dollar Street was caused by a malfunctioning radio.

8/15 2:24 p.m. A 6-year-old girl was seen walking by herself near Bolton Street. She was headed to the library.

8/15 2:25 p.m. A tipster said that an employee of the West Linn-Wilsonville School District possibly drives under the influence of prescription drugs.

8/15 2:26 p.m. Laurel bush debris was dumped north of Willamette Park.

8/15 3:08 p.m. A woman said she lost her phone while taking a cab home from Vancouver.

8/15 5:25 p.m. A woman threw down her backpack and jumped on a railing near Interstate 205 and Highway 43.

8/15 6:11 p.m. A woman said she was getting harassing text messages from her ex-husband.

8/15 9:44 p.m. Teens were being loud at Swiftshore Park.

8/15 10:10 p.m. A woman said “someone or something” was trying to open her front door. Officers checked and all was OK.

ANIMAL ANTICS

8/11 3:10 p.m. Goats were on the loose at Willamette Park.

8/11 3:29 p.m. Loose chickens were reported near Nolan Lane and Short Street.

8/15 10:14 a.m. A “very loud” rooster was heard from a home near the 5700 block of K Street.

8/15 2:41 p.m. Three dogs broke down a fence and came into a woman’s home near the 2700 block of Ridge Lane.
