David Campbell

West Linn resident Dr. David Campbell died Nov. 4, 2012. He was 59.

Dr. Campbell was born in Blue Island, Ill., to Douglas and Eunice Campbell. He was raised in Denver, Colo., and graduated from George Washington High School in Denver.

Dr. Campbell attended Stanford University, followed by medical school at University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at University of Utah, where he also earned a master’s degree in public health.

Dr. Campbell enjoyed boating, hiking, playing basketball and golf, watching movies, reading and riding his motorcycle.

He married Donna Butler on June 23, 1980, in Denver. He moved his family to West Linn in 1992, where he maintained a family medical practice. The couple divorced in 2010.

Survivors include his daughter, Kelly Campbell of Portland; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Andrea Campbell of Boise, Idaho; son, Scott Campbell of Portland; and sister, Kim Krieger of Lake Oswego. His parents and brother, Greg Campbell, preceded him in death.A family service has been held.

Lucille G. Anger

Lucille G. Anger died Jan. 5, 2013. She was 85.by: SUBMITTED - Anger

Mrs. Anger was born and raised in Woonsocket, R.I., to Oza Allard and Eva Brodeur Allard.

She married Rene L. Anger in 1947 in Woonsocket. The couple had six children and then divorced. They lived in Sacramento from 1964 to 1981 and then moved to West Linn.

Mrs. Anger retired from her work as a cook for Marie Calendar in 1981.

She enjoyed sewing, gardening and take care of children.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Jacqueline and Alan Hubka of West Linn, James and Kim Anger of Sacramento, Judith and Wayne Sewald of Elverta, Calif., John and Becky Anger of Milwaukie and Joseph Anger of Oregon City; sisters and brothers-in-law, Bertha and Norman Hamel of Rehoboth, Mass., and Jackie and Arthur Grennon of Cumberland, R.I.; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Daughter Jane Birchard preceded her in death.
