Wildcat singers chosen for All-State Honors

Five Wilsonville High School students were chosen to participate in the Oregon Music Educators Association All-State Honor Choir. Each chosen student auditioned for the honor along with hundreds of other students from around the state.

WHS will send the following students to the honor choir: Keaton Whitaker, tenor; Izzy Ochocki, soprano; Ellie Lauthner, soprano 2; Kylee Kamikawa, soprano; and Aubrey Slaughter, soprano.

Slaughter also was chosen for the American Choral Directors Association’s All-Northwest Honor Choir. She will join 20 other Oregon singers at a special concert with students from all across the northwestern states at a special concert in Seattle in March.
