Ducks lacrosse takes No. 12 USC to OT

USC 9, Oregon 8 (OT)

• The 12th-ranked Trojans scored the winner with 51 seconds left in overtime at Los Angeles. Kerrigan Miller, after an Oregon foul, converted a free position attempt to lift Southern Cal.

The Ducks forced OT on Jill Zubillaga’s goal with eight seconds left in regulation.

Oregon’s Brittany Read made a season-high 15 saves.

The Ducks are 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the Pac-12.

USC, which led 7-6 at the half, is 5-3, 3-0.

COLLEGE WOMEN’S TENNIS

UCLA 4, Oregon 0

• The 15th-ranked Bruins took care of business against No. 20 Oregon.

The Ducks dropped to 10-6, 1-3 Pac-12.

UCLA is 10-4 overall and 2-1 in conference.

Northern Colorado 4, PORTLAND STATE 3

• PSU took the doubles point and made a run at UNC, with victories at Nos. 1 and 2 singles by Siena Peri and Eszter Zador at Club Green Meadows in Vancouver, Washington. But the Vikings fell to 0-11 this season and 0-7 in the Big Sky. Northern Colorado is 3-7, 1-3.

LEWIS & CLARK 7, George Fox 2

• After beating Austin 6-3 the day before, the Pioneers won a Northwest Conference home match, making their record 8-1 overall and 4-1 in the league.

LEWIS & CLARK 7, George Fox 2

• The Pioneers won their fourth match in a row and improved to 5-1 in the Northwest Conference, 9-3 overall.

COLLEGE WOMEN’S GOLF

• Lewis & Clark won the Willamette Valley Cup by 47 shots over runner-up Pacific.

The Pioneers had co-medalists in Annika Clunk and Mady Rhodenbaugh, both at 18-over-par 160 at Trysting Tree Golf Club in Corvallis.

COLLEGE MEN’S GOLF

• Lewis & Clark was fifth in the Willamette Valley Cup at Trysting Tree Golf Club in Corvallis.

Jacob Bell of L&C took 13th at 14-over 156.
