Parmalee Mildred (Moos, Berg) York

January 2, 1945 – February 26, 2024 – Parmalee Mildred (Moos, Berg) York was born on January 2, 1945 in Spokane, WA and died on February 26, 2024. She was the daughter of Howard and Mildred (Gay) Moos. Her family moved to Moscow Idaho in 1958. She married John Berg in 1961; welcomed the birth of their son Derrick in 1962 and their daughter, Stacy (Berg) Bahns in 1967. They moved to Gresham, OR in 1970. They settled in Sandy Oregon where they lived until their divorce in 1975. Parmelee worked as a bank manager and was active in the Chamber of Commerce in Sandy.

She later worked as a legal assistant and secretary before retiring as a customer service representative with PGE in Gresham.

Parmalee suffered a stroke in July 2023 and was residing in a Care Home.

She is survived by her son Derrick (Olivia); granddaughter Brittany; daughter Stacy (Berg) Bahns (Brad), Carter and Delaney Bahns; sister Gaylene (Moos) Pope(Jim), brother Jerry Moos (Terry) and husband Dick.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents, and brother John Moos.
