Native Shoes x Sebo Walker brings collab art show to Portland’s Purple Door gallery

The worlds of shoes, skateboarding and art have just collided. 

Native Shoes, a family-friendly footwear brand, joined forces with skateboarder and artist Sebo Walker for a special art show at the Purple Door gallery from Dec. 7 to Jan. 5. 

Kicking off the exhibit, an open reception from 3-7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, will have a DJ, drinks, snacks and shoes for young artists to paint a pair and take home. 

The exhibit showcases not only Walker’s new paintings, but a special youth show featuring more than 30 pieces by kids from his skate camp and other youth affiliated with the gallery. 

All process the kids’ art sales will benefit Color Outside the Lines, a local organization which supports free art programs to foster and underserved youths. 

The event is located at 3557 S.E. Division St., Portland.
