Buy tickets (Dec. 9) for Cirque du Soleil’s first acrobatic ice show in Portland, ‘Crystal’

Cirque du Soleil puts on ice show "Crystal," May 29-June 1 at Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Portland has hosted scores of Cirque du Soleil events throughout the years.

But, 2025 will bring a completely different show.

“Crystal” is Cirque du Soleil’s first acrobatic performance of circus on ice, and there’ll be seven performances at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, May 29-June 1, 2025.

General public tickets went on sale Dec. 9 at cirquedusoleil.com/crystal.

Says publicity: With seven jaw-dropping traditional circus acts all thrillingly adapted for Cirque du Soleil’s first foray into a brand-new creative territory — the ice — “Crystal” takes audiences on an unforgettable journey into the vivid and whimsical world of imagination.

Since 2017, “Crystal” has dazzled more than two million people in over 145 cities worldwide, blending the art of skating with adrenaline-inducing acrobatics and aerial feats.

Portland performances will be: 7 p.m. Thursday-Friday, May 29-30; 11:30 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., Saturday, May 31; 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday, June 1.
