Barbara Anne Schuette

January 11, 1935 – November 30, 2024 – Barbara Schuette passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024. She was 89. She was a resident of SpringRidge at Charbonneau in Wilsonville.

Barb was born January 11, 1935 in Seattle, Washington to Russell and Addie Lanning. She graduated from Garfield High School in 1952. Barb married Arthur Schuette and graduated from the University of Washington in 1958.

With a 40-year career as a teacher and cook, she lived in eight states. After retiring in 1999, Barb and Art relocated to New Meadows, Idaho before she moved to Wilsonville in 2019 after Art’s passing.

Barbara is survived by her son Bill and his wife, Cindy; daughter Sally; son Jim, and his husband, Naaman; and grandsons Daniel and Jacob.

A service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Wilsonville Funeral Home Services.
