Nominate an Amazing Kid from your neighborhood

Do you know a kid in your life who is simply amazing? Nominations are now open!

Amazing Kids is part of our ongoing series honoring exceptional people in our local communities.

Amazing Kids honors young people enrolled in public, private, alternative and home schools ranging in age from kindergarten through high school. While they may be accomplished in many areas — such as academics, music, dance or sports — this award is based on their activities in service to the community.

Your nominee can be any student in a local elementary, middle school, high school, charter school, private school, home school or alternative education program who lives or attends school in a community served by a CMG-Oregon newspaper.

Amazing Kids will be honored in a special edition that will be distributed in our printed newspapers, on our websites and in email newsletters during the month of May. Their inspirational stories will reach more than 425,000 readers.
