Alexander (Xander) Christian Furey

March 18, 2007 – March 18, 2025 – Alexander (Xander) Christian Furey was born on March 18, 2007. He passed on February 20, 2025 after having lived a short life of almost 18 years.

Xander attended Beaverton School District schools: Fir Grove Elementary, Conestoga Intermediate and was a Senior at Southridge High School. He lived his life loving music. He trained and performed in musical theatre, played the keyboard and sang in a choir at Southridge High School. He also enjoyed gaming and spending time with friends. Dedicated to the art of Karate, he trained at the Family Marital Arts Academy where he found a warm and supportive family. He was proud of attaining the level of First-Degree Black Belt in Karate and looked forward to moving up the Black Belt ranks. He enjoyed working with the younger students in his Dojo. Xander was awed by the Universe and Nature and believed in the oneness of mankind.

His mother, Lindsey K. Howell; Grandmother, Margaret S. Robinson; and Aunt, Megan K. Howell, are left to live with the endless replay of what was and what could have been.

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for their care and support.
