Phyllis J. McDowell-Stedman was born May 7, 1937, to James and June Witherbee, and passed away May 13, 2025, at the age of 88.

Phyllis was married to William W McDowell in 1953 until his death in 1984, and they had three children: April, Billy and Kevin. Phyllis had 9 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

In 1991, Phyllis married Larry Stedman of Molalla, Oregon, until his death in 1994. Phyllis will be laid to rest in a private ceremony next to her husband William at Molalla Memorial Cemetery.
