William Mark (“Bill”) Fuller
1940 – 2025
William Mark (“Bill”) Fuller, beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend passed away peacefully, April 9, 2025, with his wife and son by his side.
Bill was born in National City, Calif., in 1940 to Irvin Clifford (“Tubby”) Fuller and Helen Berniece Fuller. In 1943, the family relocated to Nampa, Idaho where Tubby and Helen raised their three children.
After graduating from Nampa High School, Bill later attended the University of Idaho where he was a member of the Idaho Alpha chapter of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. After graduating college, Bill moved to Portland, Ore., where he met Pamela Cook, whom he married on August 24, 1968. Bill and Pam purchased their home of more than 50 years in the Bryant Woods neighborhood of Lake Oswego, Ore., in 1974 where they raised their two sons.
Bill’s favorite pastime was his family and friends, whom he loved dearly. Wherever they were was where he wanted to be. Bill was exceptional in his ability to be grateful for and to take joy in the simple things in life. He will be missed for the reverence he held for his family and friends and for his signature laugh which lifted the spirits of every gathering.
Bill was preceded in death by his oldest son, Kevin Clifford Fuller (1971-2020) and is survived by his wife, Pamela Joeinne Cook Fuller; his youngest son, Ryan Fuller (Shane); and his grandchildren, Emily, Cannon, and Graham Fuller, Georgia MacLeod, and William Wilson. Bill is also survived by his sister Judy McKee (Duff) and his brother Richard Fuller (Susan); brothers-in law, Robert Cook (Lynn) and Ross Cook (Joyce); and by his nephews and nieces.
