The three-day period from Dec. 4 to Dec. 6 marks the official time where recruits and commits become pen to paper as football players sign their national letters of intent to the programs where they’ll begin their college football journeys.
Currently, Oregon State has 18 players between the high school and junior college ranks signed for the 2025 season, putting the Beavers at the No. 65 recruiting class in the country. It’s the highest ranking amongst current or future members of the Pac-12 Conference, with Washington State (No. 69), Boise State (No. 78), San Diego State (No. 79), Fresno State (No. 99), Colorado State (No. 107) and Utah State (No. 124) rounding out the rest of the group.
The following are all the players that Oregon State head coach Trent Bray and his staff have officially had sign to be Beavers for the 2025 football season as of Dec. 4.

Niklas Fisher, EDGE, Texas
At a 89 overall grade from 247Sports, Fisher is the most highly-touted signing for Oregon State, coming up just one point shy of a four-star rating.
Hailing from Cypress, Texas, Fisher plays for Cy Ranch High School and is regarded by 247Sports as the No. 102 player from the Lone Star State and the No. 57 overall edge rusher in the class of 2025.
The 6-foot-3, 240-pound edge rusher had been committed to Texas State since June 17, flipping to Oregon State following an official visit to Corvallis when the Beavers played UNLV on Oct. 19.
Fisher officially signed his letter of intent on Dec. 4. He also held offers from North Texas, UTSA, UTEP and Arkansas State. Other than Oregon State and Texas State, Fisher had taken an official visit to North Texas.
Trey Glasper, CB, Nevada
Glasper signed with the Beavers on Dec. 4 as one of four players hailing from Nevada to come to Corvallis.
He’s is listed as an athlete by 247, playing both wide receiver and cornerback. He is regarded by 247 as a three-star recruit, the No. 90 athlete in the country and No. 8 player in Nevada. Oregon State’s recruiting page lists him as a corner, so it’s likely the 6-foot-1, 170-pounder is playing defense when he comes to campus.
Glasper has been committed to Oregon State since July 23. He also held offers from Iowa State, Miami, Fresno State, Washington State, Cal, San Diego State, Portland State, Northern Arizona and UNLV.
Kourdey Glass, RB, California
Glass has been one of the longest-tenured commitments for Oregon State, previously announcing his commitment May 20, 2024 and officially signing Dec. 4.
He’s viewed as the No. 80 running back in the country by 247Sports, but the consensus is a touch lower, sticking him at the No. 93 spot.
“He’s one of the top running backs in the area and has been very productive over the last two years,” 247Sports’ national recruiting analyst Greg Biggins wrote of Glass in May. “He can play in the slot as well and shows natural ability as a pass catcher. His versatility is definitely a strength and he projects as an every down back who can move around and play in any situation. He’s more quick than fast and is a decisive runner who can get downhill in a hurry. He runs hard and has a physical edge in his game.”
As a senior, Glass ran for 798 yards on 104 carries, averaging 7.7 yards a carry and scoring 16 total touchdowns. Glass also held offers from Sacramento State, Arizona, Washington State, Fresno State and San Jose State, amongst others.

He is viewed by 247Sports as the No. 8 JUCO prospect in the country and officially signed with Oregon State on Dec. 4. Tucker also held offers from New Mexico and Washington State, but only visited Oregon State.

Normoyle’s commitment was, and still is, a big win for Bray and his staff. Normoyle chose Oregon State despite holding an offer from Oregon and is one of just two players in the state of Oregon top five to chose an in-state school.
The 6-foot-4, 295 pound offensive lineman was offered by Oregon State in February of 2024, taking his official visit and committing on June 16. He officially signed with the Beavers on Dec. 4.

“I would say the game day atmosphere and the culture Oregon State has is something that fits exactly what I’m looking for,” Dantzler told 247Sports’ Blair Angulo following his commitment. “(With) the team being so young, (it’s) a great opportunity to get on board and have a good chance to get on the field early.”
Dantzler had previously been committed to Utah State, flipping his commitment to Oregon State on Oct. 28 after an official visit Oct. 19. He officially signed with the Beavers on Dec. 4.
