Oaks Amusement Park has announced its new Roller Rink STEM & Skate program, and it'll be featured on National STEM Day, Friday, Nov. 8.

Oaks Amusement Park will be introducing a new program for smart kids who like to roller skate.

It’s the all-new Roller Rink STEM & Skate program, just in time for National STEM Day, Friday, Nov. 8.

From the Oaks Park folks: There’ll be a celebration for National STEM Day at the roller rink on Friday evening. When you buy a ticket to the 7 p.m. Open Skate session, you get early access at 6 p.m. for an hour of fun STEM activities that highlight how elements of science, technology, engineering, and math combine to make roller skating the fun that everyone loves. Tickets are $13 and include the STEM activities and skating till 10:30 p.m.

Oaks Park’s new STEM & Skate program brings the principles of science, technology, engineering, and math to life in a unique and engaging way for learners of all levels. With offerings for classroom field trips, homeschoolers, and public events, STEM & Skate invigorates any science curriculum, or provides a fun and unique way to enrich your family’s love of learning at home.

Developed by RSA, the global roller skating association, the curated roller rink STEM curriculum has been used by over two million students in more than 125 locations nationwide.
