This week features self-storage at 627 S.E. Division Pl., the Field Office in Slabtown and the new county Courthouse

627 S.E. Division Pl.PAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - This self-storage facility is south of Division Street and the railway, near the bike path to Tilikum Crossing.

This self-storage project will soon be four floors and 126,820 square feet. The 1.29-acre site was purchased for $5 million earlier this spring, according to CBRE, who advised the deal.

2030 N.W. 17th Ave.PAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - The Field Office plans include 7,086 square feet of ground floor retail, and the fifth and sixth floors will have ecoroofs.

This new office space includes two buildings on 4.3 acres with an indoor-outdoor design concept. It has about 300,000 square feet of rentable space, including curated retail. Targeting a LEED Gold rating, it includes parking spaces for more than 200 bicycles and 355 cars onsite.

Southwest First Avenue and Madison StreetPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - The new courthouse, slated to cost $300 million, will be used in place of the 100-year-old, seismically unstable courthouse along Southwest Fourth Avenue and Main Street.

The new 17-story courthouse will have 44 courtrooms, and is planned to open in 2020. The entry to the new courthouse will have a grand stairway visible through a double-height glass on the corner entryway.
