This week features the Lennox Apartments, The Portland Clinic and Broadstone Pearl

Lennox ApartmentsPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JULES ROGERS - The Lennoxs studios will be about 435 square feet, with one-bedrooms about 555, two-bedrooms about 770 and live-work units are planned on the lower floor.

This mixed-use development has plans to include three storefronts on the ground floor, beneath three floors of apartments units. The courtyard style design holds 63 units, and about 3,500 square feet on the ground floor is being outfitted for a restaurant space.

Under Construction:

The Portland ClinicPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP:  CRAIG BOLLEN - This site is famous for formerly being home to Portlands first German restaurant, Der Rheinlander, for 53 years. In a statement Der Rheinlander said its not going away, because Guten Foods is actually growing with the addition of another Gustavs Bargarten at Cedar Hills Crossing, opening late 2017.

The building will be a total of 32,000 square-feet, with 24,000 already signed over in a long-term lease to The Portland Clinic's new healthcare center. The remaining 8,000 square feet is planned to be office or retail for other tenants.

Established in 1921, The Portland Clinic has six locations in the metro area and more than 90,000 annual patients. The new location will become home to staff and patients from the two smaller locations along Northeast 20th and Sandy Boulevard and along Northeast 112nd Avenue and Airport Way.

Venerable Properties, led by president/broker Craig Kelly, recently redeveloped Washington High School, Revolution Hall, the White Stag University of Oregon building and the Ladd Carriage House.

Under Construction:

Broadstone PearlPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - The site plans include 93 parking spaces and 231 bike parking spaces.

District: The Pearl

Designers: Encore Architects, Merryman Barnes

Land surveyor: Westlake Consultants

Leasing: Alliance Realty Partners

This new six-floor apartment building is planned to have 146 units, 11 live-work units and 709 square feet of retail on the ground floor. It was previously addressed 1400 N.W. Raleigh.

The L-shaped building takes up three quarters of a block and the site was formerly occupied by a 20,000 square foot, single-story, 1929 warehouse. Completion is slated for 2018.
