Plans include one floor of underground parking and ground floor parking totaling 119 spots, beneath 196 residential units with a mix of bedrooms. Using a property tax exemption approved by City Council, 40 of the units will be affordable to those making 80 percent or less of the area median family income for at least 10 years. There will be retail space on the ground floor, along with parking for 222 bikes total.
