The new Central Courthouse is estimated to cost $300 million and open in 2020. The project is anticipated to be 17 stories with 44 courtrooms, costing approximately $300 million. The entry to the new courthouse will have a grand stairway visible through a double-height glass on the corner entryway. The new courthouse is expected to open by 2020. Block 28 garage and OHSU Guest Housing

Proposed in conjunction with Block 29, the new site for the Center for Health and Healing South, Block 28 is a patient housing tower with structured parking.
Block 28 will be 341,437 square feet on 11 levels with functions including urgent care, a conference center, a loading dock and support functions.
It is expected to be occupied by 2018, and together both buildings are projected to cost $200 million. Block 29 is a full block, six-story project will provide lodging, meals and support to pediatric and adult patients and families coming from around the state for treatment from OHSU. It will have ground floor retail and three stories of parking.
The Woodlark Hotel

This renovation combines historical buildings Hotel Cornelius and the Woodlark Building into one new hotel. Both are listed on the National Register of historical places, and will be converted into a single hotel with 151 rooms.
