Beaverton Lodge offers tranquil, homegrown retirement
Tucked away just a few blocks from the Beaverton Farmers Market, where you can find fresh local homegrown produce, you will find Beaverton Lodge Retirement.
Local owners Alex and Laura Ross Paul opened the lodge in 1988, situated along a tranquil portion of Beaverton Creek, where the natural landscape is home to local creatures such as ducks and a large variety of bird species.
Residents love the walking paths and gardens, with plenty of benches to stop sit and enjoy the beauty and sounds. A few blocks away are the Beaverton Library, farmers market and park, as well as the Elsie Stuhr senior center.
Residents enjoy many of the special features one would want in a retirement community: large retirement apartments with oversized storage closets; a full-service dining room; a relaxing mineral saline pool and spa; and a movie theater with fresh popcorn.
Family and friends are welcome any time to stroll through "the golden gallery," where local artists showcase their paintings and other art.
This time of the year, residents tend their raised-bed gardens, which produce tomatoes, corn, cucumbers, squash and many other fresh veggies.
We offer a full activity program, weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation, and resident managers on call 24 hours a day — all with an affordable month-to-month rent.
Stop by and meet our friendly staff and residents. Enjoy a home-cooked meal.
You will see why we say local, homegrown retirement is better.
