State Reps. Barker, Doherty, Helm, Malstrom, McLain, Sollman, Greenlick and Witt to meet with constituents about recent revenue proposals and budget priorities.

Washington County legislators will hold a joint town hall to discuss recent revenue proposals for schools, health care, senior services and public safety at 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 16, at the Portland Community College Willow Creek site, 241 S.W. Edgeway Drive, Beaverton.

The town hall is a follow up to the revenue proposals being discussed at the Legislature in Salem. This year, Oregon faces a $1.4 billion budget deficit. The town hall will be your local opportunity to talk to legislators about your priorities and concerns as budget discussions are under way in Salem.

Legislators in attendance will include Rep. Jeff Barker (D-Aloha), Rep. Margaret Doherty (D-Tigard), Rep. Ken Helm (D-Beaverton), Rep. Sheri Malstrom (D-Beaverton), Rep. Susan McLain (D-Forest Grove), Rep. Janeen Sollman (D-Hillsboro), Rep. Mitch Greenlick (D-NW Portland) and Rep. Brad Witt (D-Clatskanie).
