The following reports were issued by police in Beaverton, Tigard and Tualatin.

BEAVERTON POLICE

Sunday, May 20

• A man from Long Beach, Wash., was arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of firearms when he consented to a search and a handgun was spotted in a backpack during a stop on Highway 217 southbound at Southwest Scholls Ferry Road.

• Three game consoles, controllers and a TV set valued at $800 were reported stolen from a home in the 13000 block of Southwest Hazel Street.

• A Beaverton woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at Northwest Murray Boulevard and the eastbound on-ramp to the Sunset Highway.

• Items valued at $2,200 were reported stolen from a business in the 9000 block of Southwest Cascade Avenue.

• A TV set valued at $500 was reported stolen from a home in the 11000 block of Southwest Boones Ferry Road. The front door was unlocked.

• A white 1993 Toyota Camry was reported stolen in the 3000 block of Southwest 117th Avenue.

• A Portland woman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving in the 3000 block of Southwest Murray Boulevard.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of menacing and unlawful use of a weapon after he chased his sister in a parking lot in the 12000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

Monday, May 21

• Two backpacks with items valued at more than $900, including a computer, were reported stolen from an unlocked car in the 12000 block of Southwest Glacier Lily Circle.

• Twenty-five dealer plates were reported stolen from a business in the 9000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

• A Portland man was arrested on the grounds of Beaverton Arts and Communication Magnet Academy, 11375 S.W. Center St., on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine.

• A 1996 blue Honda Accord was reported stolen from an apartment complex in the 3000 block of Southwest 170th Avenue.

Tuesday, May 22

• A Beaverton man was arrested on charges of first-degree theft and criminal trespass in the 8000 block of Southwest Canyon Lane. Police said they discovered he possessed stolen goods valued at more than $1,000 from a nearby business.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of controlled substances at Southwest Spaniel Court and 144th Avenue.

• A roof membrane welder valued at $5,500 was reported stolen from the back of a pickup truck parked at a business in the 13000 block of Northwest Science Park Drive.

• Two cars, no other description available, were reported stolen from a business in the 4000 block of Southwest Murray Boulevard.

• A computer tablet, game console and clothes valued at $1,500 were reported stolen when someone entered the window of a vehicle parked in the 5000 block of Southwest Erickson Avenue.

• A Salem man and a Beaverton woman were arrested on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine at a stop at Southwest 117th Avenue and Canyon Road.

• A laptop computer valued at $700 and jewelry valued at $3,000 were reported stolen after a party in an apartment in the 12000 block of Southwest Center Street.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after two officers saw him walk out into Southwest 115th Avenue and Canyon Road and stop traffic in the second westbound lane without authority.

• A white 2002 Subaru Impreza was reported stolen in the 8000 block of Southwest Cascade Avenue.

• Cash estimated at $500 was reported stolen when someone broke the window of a car parked in the 8000 block of Southwest Cascade Avenue.

Wednesday, May 23

• A Portland man was arrested on several charges, including attempting to steal three cars and interfering with police, from businesses in the 9000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

• Power tools valued at almost $8,000 were reported stolen in a residential burglary in the 14000 block of Southwest Bonnie Brae Street.

• A mobile phone valued at $700 was reported stolen from a display at a business in the 4000 block of Southwest 117th Avenue.

Thursday, May 24

• A Beaverton man was arrested on several charges, including an attempt to elude police while driving, after he was found sleeping in a car at Southwest Camelot Court and Pointer Road.

• A MacBook Air laptop computer was reported stolen from a bedroom at a home in the 5000 block of Southwest Main Avenue.

• A 1997 black Honda Civic sedan was reported stolen from the 2000 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

• A Honda 150 Elite scooter was reported stolen from an apartment complex in the 15000 block of Southwest Millikan Way.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of controlled substances at a stop at Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and Griffith Drive.

Friday, May 25

• A Hillsboro man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving on a stop in the 8000 block of Southwest Hall Boulevard.

• A special-needs woman was reportedly defrauded when she wired someone $6,000 via Western Union, added him to her bank account, and purchased several iTunes gift cards valued at $2,500 and gave the card numbers to the suspect.

• A former employee was suspected in the theft of $2,250 from a business in the 11000 block of Southwest 5th Street.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of theft — shoplifting items valued at $459 — and two prior criminal warrants at a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway.

• A Portland man was arrested on a charge of offensive physical contact after he pushed his girlfriend down and caused a minor injury in the 19000 block of Southwest Page Court.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of identity theft in the 2000 block of Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving in an apartment complex in the 6000 block of Southwest Lombard Avenue.

Saturday, May 26

• A Gresham man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at the southbound on-ramp from Southwest Canyon Road to Highway 217.

• A Dickinson, N.D., man was arrested on a charge of theft in connection with shoplifting electronics from a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway. He attempted to flee on a stolen bicycle.

• A transient man was arrested on a charge of theft when a shopping cart, removed from a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway, was found containing his possessions at Southwest Lombard Avenue and Broadway Street.

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of offensive physical contact in connection with a domestic incident in the 16000 block of Northwest Schendel Avenue.

• A Newberg woman and a transient man were arrested on charges of theft in connection with shoplifting at a business in the 11000 block of Southwest Canyon Road.

Sunday, May 27

• A Beaverton man was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after a single-car crash in the 16000 block of Southwest Delta Court.

• A bicycle valued at $700 was reported stolen in the 12000 block of Southwest Broadway Street.

• An Aloha man was arrested on charges of drunken driving and reckless driving at a stop on Southwest Farmington Road and 185th Avenue.

TIGARD POLICE

Over the last week, Tigard police officers responded to the following: Assaults – 3, Warrants – 5, Criminal Trespass – 1, Criminal Mischief – 1, Theft – 2, Embezzlement – 1, Drug Offenses – 2, Driving While Suspended – 3, DUII – 2, Probation Violation – 1 and Disorderly Conduct – 1

Monday, May 28

• A resident heard eggs smash against his residence in the 14200 block of Mistletoe Drive before hearing audible laughing coming from what he assumed were male juveniles.

• A man reported to police he heard second-hand that there was a syringe loaded with heroin in a parking lot in the 12000 block of Main Street.

• A man who had been "trespassed" from a store in the 10700 block of Greenburg Road was back trying to purchase candy but threw it on the counter and left the store when reminded he was banned. The individual was the same man who hit a police officer previously after being told to leave the same store.

• A man was reported hitting a woman after she jumped out of a car at Dartmouth Street and the southbound ramp of I-5 near 68th Avenue.

Saturday, May 26

• A woman in the Walgreen's parking lot on Pacific Highway was reported threatening people with bodily harm.

• A person was reported to have overdosed on heroin in a restroom in the 9500 block of Washington Square Road. When police arrived, they discovered someone had administered Narcan, a substance that counteracts the life-threatening effects of opioid overdose, and that person was taken to a local hospital. Police found two needles at the scene.

Friday, May 25

• A laptop, camera and cash were taken A from a home in the 16000 block of Copper Creek Drive.

• Someone called to report a theft of a backpack and clothing from a vehicle parked at the Nordstrom parking garage on Washington Square Drive.

• A U-Haul scheduled to have been returned on April 21 was reported overdue and likely stolen.

• A man and woman were reported inside a laundry room in the 9800 block of Walnut Place trying to break into coin boxes on the machines.

• Someone literally made a "beer run" at a business in the 13200 block of Pacific Highway, leaving on foot without paying for the alcohol.

Thursday, May 24

• A 3-year-old boy who was reported missing may have fallen from a second-story window in the 10900 block of Springwood Drive. Police responded to the incident, along with Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue, and found a second-floor window open and the boy outside crying.

• Someone tried to break into a vehicle parked in the 12600 block of Hall Boulevard but were unsuccessful.

• An irate customer damaged the interior of a store in the 12200 block of Main Street before departing in a white van.

• Someone broke into a car parked at Hermoso Way and 72nd Avenue, taking a wallet along with the credit/debit cards inside. Entry was made by busting out a passenger-side keyhole.

Wednesday, May 23

• A resident reported a transient had been camping in his vehicle at different spots in the area of Katherine and Tigard streets over the course of several days.

• A Tigard resident reported someone had accessed their bank account two weeks prior.

Someone slashed the tires of a vehicle parked in the 7600 block of Dartmouth Street.

Tuesday, May 22

• A motorcycle involved in some sort of road rage apparently crashed while the other vehicle involved kept going at Highway 217 and Pacific Highway.

Someone reported they gave an online company enough personal information that they gained access to their checking account.

TUALATIN POLICE

Tuesday, May 22 – May 28, Tualatin police responded to 554 calls for service including 18 traffic accidents and made 17 arrests.

• A 20-year-old man was arrested in the 8325 block of Nyberg Street on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine.

• A 61-year-old transient was arrested following a hit and run accident that turned into a police pursuit at Martinazzi Avenue and Warm Springs Street. He was charged with aggravated assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit and run-injury, eluding and attempting to elude a police officer and hit and run-property damage.

• Someone vandalized a fence and restroom at Tualatin Community Park with red, blue and yellow paint.

Wednesday, May 23

• A 23-year-old transient was arrested in the 8500 block of Tualatin Road and later lodged at the Washington County Jail on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for intimidation/menacing.

Thursday, May 24

• A 48-year old woman who was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over in the 19400 block of Martinazzi • Avenue, was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for theft charges.

• A couple from Othello, Wash were charged with an assortment of other crimes after one of them stole household goods at Cabela's. A 23-year-old woman was charged with possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine while her 27-year-old male counterpart was charged with third-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance-heroin and carrying a concealed weapon.

Friday, May 25

• A 22-year-old McMinnville man was cited in lieu of custody for driving under the influence of intoxicants-alcohol at I-5 and Lower Boones Ferry Road.

• A 21-year-old Colton man was taken into custody in the 17600 block of Chippewa Trail on an outstanding felony parole violation warrant for burglary.

• A 23-year-old Beaverton man was arrested and charged with offensive physical contact and second-degree mischief after he threw a liquid on an employee and pushed over a store display at the 76 Station on Nyberg Street.

Saturday, May 26

• A 35-year-old transient was arrested after starting a fire on Union Pacific railroad tracks in the 7300 block of Childs Road. She was charged with reckless burning, criminal trespass, providing false information to a law enforcement officer and interfering with a police officer. She also had an outstanding warrant out for her arrest.

Sunday, May 27

• Two individuals were arrested on multiple charges related to the theft of a vehicle in the 18000 block of Lower Boones Ferry Road. A 26-year-old Tualatin woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as unauthorized use of a vehicle, possession of controlled substances, both heroin and methamphetamine. Her partner, a 35-year-old transient, was charged with the same stolen vehicle and drug offenses as well as being a felon in possession of heroin.
