12:44 p.m. Aug. 29; William R. Kelly, 52, 20420 Hummingbird Lane, was arrested near Proctor Boulevard and Shelley Avenue under suspicion of harassment and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was booked, cited and later released.
3:40 p.m. Aug. 30; Gabriela E. Novak, 28, 17655 Bluff Road No. 45, was arrested at home under suspicion of menacing. She was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $7,500 bail.
8:55 p.m. Aug. 31; John P. Atterberry, 20, 18200 Reed Circle, was arrested at home under suspicion of disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was booked and later released.
8:55 p.m. Aug. 31; Valeriy Pukay, 20, 40255 McCormick Court, was arrested in the 18000 block of Reed Circle under suspicion of disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol. He was transported to the Clackamas County Jail, where he was booked and later released.
9:06 a.m. Sept. 2; Adam M. Blank, 28, 55950 Highway 26, was arrested near Proctor Boulevard and Beers Avenue under suspicion of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the Clackamas County Jail on $25,000 bail.
TICKET BUT NO JAIL
7:22 p.m. Sept. 1; Michael K. Swinehart, 32, Bend, was cited and released in the 37000 block of Highway 26, accused of possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana. Swinehart allegedly told the arresting officer he was chewing on fresh marijuana leaves to relieve the pain of a toothache. The base fine for this offense is $1,148, and the suspect is scheduled to appear in Sandy Municipal Court Sept. 26 at 1 p.m.
8:42 a.m. Sept. 1; a man living in the 18000 block of Pacific Avenue reported that sometime overnight his garage was entered through an open door. Missing were a pressure washer valued at $700, two electric drills valued at $250 and two electric saws, together valued at $100. No suspects were identified.
LOST AND FOUND
5:48 p.m. Aug. 30; a man who lives in The Dalles told Sandy police he had lost a wallet while he was riding his motorcycle through Sandy. The man said it had occurred sometime during the afternoon Aug. 12. Since that day, the debit card that was in the wallet has been used several times in Sandy for a total of $65 worth of purchases. Also in the loss report was $12 in cash inside the wallet, which was valued at $10.
