A basketball camp for second- to eighth-graders, both boys and girls, is being hosted by the Madras High boys basketball program next week. The June 16 to 19, Monday to Thursday, camp is going to be held at the Madras High gym from 9 a.m. to noon each day.
The cost of the clinic is $25 per player.
Both boys and girls will be instructed on the proper way to shoot, dribble, handle the ball, rebound and defend during the course of the four-day camp. Those needing more information on the itineraries for the three hours during each day of the camp can call Madras High head coach Evan Brown, at 475-7265, at school, or 475-4515 at home.
