>   Two Madras men were arrested and a large amount of illegal drugs were seized following a traffic stop on June 26.
   At 9:37 p.m., a car driven by Rufino Noyola-Gomez, 28, was stopped, and searched by a K-9 narcotics dog. Around 112 grams of methamphetamine was found in the car.
   An hour later, after a search warrant was obtained, the fifth Street residence of Noyola-Gomez and Emiliano Castillo Cuevas, 46, was searched. An additional 87.9 grams of meth and 8.7 grams of cocaine, a .38 cal. revolver, a .22 cal. rifle, and a set of scales were found at the residence. A total of $3,073 in cash was also found.
   The men were arrested on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
