>   Madras-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce officials Tuesday drew five winners from among what was likely the largest collection of Hometown Christmas entries in the history of the Pioneer's promotion.
Jerry Campbell is the $300 grand prize winner. Campbell's winning entry was turned in at The Outpost. Wayne Strutz and Marlene Crowley were the two $100 winners. Strutz's winning entry was turned in at Papa Murphy's Pizza and Crowley's at Bargain Hunters.
The prize-winnings are Santa Dollars, which will spend like cash at businesses that participated in the promotion. Winners need to come to the Pioneer to collect their prizes. Businesses can redeem the spent Santa Dollars at the Pioneer.
As a side drawing for restaurants that participated in the promotion, DeeAnn Blizzard won a $25 gift certificate to Papa Murphy's and Nicole Martinez to Madras Bowl and Pizza.
The Pioneer thanks all of the Hometown Christmas advertisers and game participants, and wishes all of its readers a very merry Christmas.
