Lake Oswego Police reported a plugged storm drain and flooding in a yard Sunday on Lower Meadows Drive. Additionally, a transformer blew at the corner of Boones Ferry and Country Club roads Sunday, knocking out the traffic lights at the intersection.

Police also reported there was 'severe flooding' and a blocked storm water drain on Lake Shore Road.
