The 20th-annual event runs through Dec. 25, and is open Sundays through Thursdays, 5 to 9 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays, 5 to 11 p.m. The show is closed Tuesdays: Dec. 6 and Dec. 13. Admission is $16 per car, $18 per passenger van.

Based on the theme “Caring and Sharing,” the mural depicts a girl helping an injured bird.

“Each car that goes through the raceway can vote once on the mural that they like the best,” said teacher Jodi Lee. “The class who wins the most votes will receive a $1,000 art grant, so we are hoping North Clackamas families will vote for us!”

Visitors receive a ballot as they enter the show asking them to select their top three choices.

Scouters Mountain Elementary in Happy Valley, which won first place last year, is again participating in the contest this year.
