The 107th annual Clackamas County Fair and Rodeo opens Tuesday, Aug. 13, and continues through Sunday, Aug. 18, at the Clackamas County Event Center in Canby.

VFW Post No. 1324 will raise the American flag every day at 8 a.m.

Daily events include:

Tuesday, Aug. 13: Children’s Day. Children ages 12 and younger are free; talent show semifinals for youth and adults. Participation in the Kiddie Capers Parade is still free, but this year the club would like those who participate to take a can of food to parade registration at 8 a.m.

Thursday, Aug. 15: Carnival Discount Day, with performances by Gospel Sing Adult Finals.

Friday, Aug. 16: First Responder’s Day: police, fire, paramedics and Armed Service members in uniform or with service identification get free fair admission.

Saturday, Aug. 17: Salute to Agriculture Day, with talent show finals for youth and adults and the Miss Rodeo Oregon VIP Press Party, after the official crowning during the rodeo.

Sunday, Aug. 18: Fred Meyer Family Day: children ages 12 and younger are free all day with one paid adult, and Star Rentals Demolition Derby from 2 to 4 p.m.
