Citizens sought for Clackamas County Sheriff Advisory Committee
Clackamas County commisssioners are seeking four interested citizens for the Enhanced Law Enforcement Service District Citizen Advisory Committee.
Appointees would serve a three-year term representing the district of approximately 85,000 residents in the unincorporated areas of Clackamas County within the urban growth boundary, as well as in Johnson City.
The committee provides the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office with advice concerning service levels within the district, identifies public expectations, recommends service priorities, and supports outreach functions.
Members of the committee represent the various geographic and demographic interests of the district. The committee meets quarterly. Interested individuals must live in or own property within the district. The deadline for applications is Jan. 15
