They currently live in Hillsboro, but plan to move back to the area after they get married.

Rumble’s mother chaperoned them to movies because she thought they were too young to go on dates alone. The pair dated through high school and for four years while Rumble attended the University of Portland.

To propose to Rumble, Snow contacted Gardiner Principal Kelly Schmidt, who had been their health teacher in eighth grade. Schmidt came to Gardiner on a Saturday to let Snow into the school so he could have music playing in the classroom where he passed his first note to Rumble.

Snow’s siblings guided Rumble blindfolded into Gardiner, where Snow was waiting for her. He took off her blindfold, and she looked at him and said, “What are you doing here? What’s going on?” He slow danced with her for a while and then got down on one knee and proposed.
