Accessory Dwelling Units Open House
City staff and elected officials will host an open house at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Estacada City Hall, regarding accessory dwelling units. The structures, also known as ADUs, will be allowed in cities with a population of more than 2,500 per recent Oregon legislation.
Staff and elected officials are seeking resident input regarding the regulations for ADUs in Estacada's municipal code. Anyone with opinions about ADUs in Estacada or who whishes to learn more about the structures is encouraged to attend.

Beginning Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes are held at 2:30 p.m. Mondays and 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Voila Community Club, 22364 S. Redland Road. Classes are taught by certified yoga instructor Todd Ingham and are suited for all skills. The cost is $5 per class.
Children's Bible Class
Bible Release, hosted by Estacada Assembly of God, is a multi-church program for children in kingerdarten through fifth grade that runs from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Wednesdays through April 25. The Estacada Garden Club meets from 1-3 p.m. the second Thursday of the month in the Flora Room at the Estacada Public Library, 825 N.W. Wade St. Visitors and new members are welcome.

Texas Holdem Poker
There is a free Texas Holdem Poker game from 7-9 p.m. every Thursday at the Country Restaurant, 341 Main St. The event includes prizes for the winners.
The Estacada Area Food Bank is open from 10-11:45 a.m. and 12:30-3:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. Food is available monthly to community members in Estacada, Eagle Creek, Colton, Carver and Barton who meet income requirements. The Estacada Cemetery District meets at 4 p.m. the first Thursday of each month at City Hall, 475 S.E. Main St. The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 8.

A-Z storytime is scheduled for 11 a.m. to noon every Wednesday. The event is an opportunity for children ages infant to 4 to learn the alphabet through reading, singing and playing.

Music and Movement Storytime
Me & My Music, a music and movment focused storytime, is held from 11 a.m. to noon on Mondays. The program helps children develop early literacy skills through sound and rhythm using song, story and intruments.

Weekday lunches and games
Lunch is served in the center's dining room for all ages at noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with a full salad bar on Tuesdays and Fridays. Donations are suggested for seniors; lunch is $4 for those under age 60. Chicken foot dominoes follows Monday and Thursday lunches. Bingo follows lunch on Tuesday and Friday.
