MILWAUKIE — Estacada's Junior American 12-and-under baseball team ended its regular season with an 18-3 romp over Miwaukie last week, entering the county tournament on a four-game win streak.

The Rangers broke the game open with a 12-run onslaught in the second inning that saw five players get a chance to bat twice.

The Rangers finished third in their division with an 11-4 league record. Estacada holds the No. 5 seed for the eight-team county bracket, and travels to Silverton to start play at 9 a.m. Friday against Canby (10-2). The tournament continues through Sunday with the championship game at 1 p.m. The top four teams advance to state.
