ARRESTS

• Jorge Ismael Beltran, 26, Troutdale, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, in the 1500 block of Northeast Burnside Road for attempted homicide, unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and a warrant.

• Eden Berhane, 22, Portland, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, near the intersection of Southeast 162nd Avenue and Southeast Division Street for reckless driving and driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 3:40 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, Jacob Adam W. Baker, transient, was arrested near the corner of Northeast 181st Avenue and Northeast Oregon Street for unlawful use of a weapon, criminal mischief of a vehicle and second-degree disorderly conduct.

• At 10:15 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, Edgar Zamudio-Ruiz, 21, Gresham, was arrested in the 17000 block of Southeast Main Street on a warrant for third-degree theft.

• Tanesha Renee Cohen, 37, Gresham, was arrested at 5:53 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, along West Powell Boulevard for assault, coercion, reckless endangering of another person, reckless driving, and two counts of menacing.

• Austyn Michael Balch, 19, Gresham, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, in the 17000 block of Northeast Halsey Street for fourth-degree assault.

• At 8:25 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, Elnando Ludayna Broussard, 33, Tigard, was arrested near the intersection of Southeast First Street and East Powell Boulevard for reckless driving and disorderly conduct.

• Shaina Solana Okalani, 35, Gresham, was arrested at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, in the 1900 block of Northeast Division Street for telephonic harassment.

THEFTS

• At 8:58 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19, Eagle Bargain Outlet, 867 E. Powell Blvd., reported someone had stolen $185.

• A Gresham resident reported at 2:15 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, that they were the victim of fraud by deception. Stolen was $2,503.

• At 11:57 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, Optimal Heating & Cooling LLC, 1489 S.E. Roberts Drive, reported about $2,000 of tools had been stolen.

• At 2:38 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, Gresham police began an investigation into a vehicle which was stolen in the 1900 block of Northwest Florence Avenue. Also reported stolen was $1,000 of firearms.
