JAN. 6

Crystal Freeman, 25, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief after she was observed by the vehicle’s owner driving away from S.E. Eighth Avenue and Walnut Street. The owner subsequently chased her down in a second vehicle which she attempted to steal at one point. Officers arrived a short time later and she was arrested.

Someone shot a BB into a sliding glass door, shattering it in the 100 block of S.E. 50th Avenue. The incident occurred after noon and no one was home.

JAN. 7

Gang graffiti was reported on the tennis court and concession stand area at 2882 N.E. Veterans Drive.

A man reported his company vehicle stolen from the 2500 block of N.W. 229th Avenue. The vehicle is a white 2000 Ford F150 bearing Oregon license plates ZJM239, and has yellow hazard lights attached to it.

Graffiti covering most of the fence was reported occurring overnight in the 100 block of N.E. Shannon Street and in the 1900 block of N.E. Second Avenue.

A 42-year-old woman was arrested for felony domestic violence assault for repeatedly punching her husband in the back and then smacking him in the head with a drawer from an oak dresser, all in front of their daughter.

JAN. 8

A woman reported an unknown male walked into Poynter Middle School and stole a cell phone off the counter.

JAN. 9

A man was arrested at S.E. Tenth Avenue and Maple Street after entering the Plaid Pantry and consuming food.

A man was arrested on West Main Street after pushing his daughter and slamming his wife’s fingers in a door.

Graffiti was reported on S.W. Spring Street and in the 500 block of S.E. Third Avenue.

JAN. 10

A male suspect left Best Buy on N.W. Evergreen Road with a Playstation 3 and Bose headphones. Loss prevention followed and watched the subject ditch the Playstation and leave in a Black Mercedes 2-door coupe with tinted windows and Cultural Trust plates.

A victim of fraud on N.E. Laura Court said she believed she was donating her pool table to a charity. She then found out the person who picked up the pool table is not part of a charity and is merely getting people’s property and selling it for personal profit.

A police mental hold was place on a man on N.E. 51st Avenue who threatened to hang himself.

A man was arrested for harassment at Brookwood and Evergreen roads for throwing rocks or similar items at another vehicle for driving too slowly.

A woman reported her purse stolen at YoZone on N.W. Evergreen Road. She left her purse behind and when she returned it was missing.

JAN. 11

“TSK” was reported spray painted on a fence and on a Northwest Natural Gas pipeline in two separate locations. Both were spray painted in green.

JAN. 12

A black paint tagging of “TSK” was reported at the Les Schwab tire store on S.E. Tenth Ave.

Two generators were reported stolen from the Harbor Freight store on S.W. Oak Street.

JAN. 13

Tires were slashed overnight in the 700 block of N.W. Autumncreek.

A woman at N.W. 188th Avenue reported having her red 1995 Honda Civic stolen while at the movies. Oregon custom License plate is “ECSK.”

JAN. 14

A man was removed from Liberty Tax and Caruso’s Fine Jewelry at N.E. Cornell Road after harassing customers and talking to himself.

JAN. 15

Graffiti was applied to a law office’s outer wall at 139 N.E. Lincoln St.

A heat pump condensing unit and copper wire were reported stolen in the 400 block of S.E. Baseline.

JAN. 16

Blue spray paint was used to tag a community mailbox with “TSK” in the 600 block of S.E. 185th Avenue.

Criminal Mischief: 530 S. 1st Ave. “Lacy’s House” Silver spray paint was used to write “ESCER” on the garage door. At Lacey’s House on South First Avenue.

JAN. 17

A shattered window at a residence and several shattered vehicle windows were reported in the area of S.E. Alder Street and S.E. 36th Avenue.

An unknown male suspect passed a fake $100 bill to purchase an Oreo cake at the Dairy Queen on S. E. Tualatin Valley Highway.

A hit and run was reported in the 3000 block of S.E. Wedgewood.

JAN. 18

Two unlocked vehicles were entered in the 5200 block of S.E. Pine St. A Colt Mustang Pocketite .380 handgun stolen from one of the vehicles.

An unknown subject entered residence in the 2700 block of S.E. Sunflower through unlocked window, took a 24-pack of Coors Light and left through the back door.

JAN. 19

Gang-related tagging of a vehicle and a garage door was reported in the 1100 block of S.E. Maple St.

A purse was reported stolen Joe’s Pastime Tavern, 359 E. Main St. Surveillance cameras inside were not working.
