A vehicle in the 300 block of N.E. 19th Ave. had its window shot out with a BB gun.

A small saddle bag and a tail light were reported stolen from a bicycle in the 300 block of S.E. 7th Ave.

Theft of electronic equipment from 658 S.E. 11th Pl. Wi-Fi adapter taken from home.

JAN. 21

A man was removed from the 7-11 store at 2401 N.E. Cornell Rd. after aggressively asking patrons for money.

JAN. 22

A man reported having an exterior security camera taken off the building at 550 S.E. Baseline St.

A loss prevention officer at 18101 N.W. Evergreen Parkway reported a female suspect taking a shopping cart full of items from the store without paying for them. The woman was located and identified a short time later. She was cited and released.

An 18-year-old male was arrested for hit and run and DUII in the 1000 block of S.E. Oak St. after he got out of his vehicle, ran behind Aaron’s rental, across the field toward Les Schwab, down an alley and over a fence before being caught.

JAN. 23

Graffiti was reported in the 200 and 400 blocks of N.W. Dennis.

A utility trailer was reported stolen in the 400 block of S.W. Dennis.

A black 2004 Suzuki Dualsport was reported stolen from the 2000 block of S.E. 44th Ave. with Washington license 6B1117.

JAN. 24

A man reported someone threw a bottle at him as he rode his bike near S.W. Brookwood Ave. and S.W. Baseline Rd.

JAN. 25

A school bus enroute to Rosedale Elementary School was hit from behind at S.W. 229th Ave. and S.E. Alexander St. The suspect vehicle, a white car, fled the area via the Tualatin Valley Highway. There were children on the bus at the time, but no injuries were reported.

An elderly woman on S.E. 72nd Ave. walked away from her residence sometime during the night. Several dog tracks were started, but Officer Zeiman located her sitting on the front porch of a residence at S.E. Lois St. and Century Blvd.

JAN. 26

A man was arrested at 386 S. First Ave. He was heavily intoxicated and urinated on the front steps of Social Lies Pub. He was lodged for offensive littering.

A carton of cigarettes and one beer was reported stolen by two white male juvenile suspects from 1645 N.E. Cornell Rd.

A 28-year-old male returned from a night of drinking with his wife to their apartment where they live with his mother. He threatened his wife and mother with a knife, busted up the apartment, then fled. Following a long search he was located at a residence on Cornelius Pass Rd. Police established contact and the man eventually surrendered.

JAN. 27

Officers were called for a welfare check to the 2300 block of S.E. Imlay after neighbors reported that they believed something wasn’t right with their 76-year-old neighbor. They hadn’t seen the man all day and said he wasn’t answering the door. It was reported he was in poor health and needed a walker to get around. Upon the officer’s arrival, they could see a walker in the front room and all three of his vehicles were present. Due to additional information, the officers forced entry into the residence. The man was found alert, conscious and breathing on the floor from a fall. It appeared he had been there for some time. Medical was called to render additional aid.

JAN. 28

A woman in the 140 block of S.W. Edgeway reported that her neighbor was pounding on her door.

A woman in the 2000 block of N.W. Aloclek Dr. reported that her rented U-Haul truck had been hit by a Dodge Caravan. The investigation continues.

Two men were arrested for burglary, theft and trespassing after entering a storage shed and two portable classrooms at McKinney School.

JAN. 29

The Tyson Recreation Center on N.E. Griffin Oaks was tagged with black paint on the south and west sides.

JAN. 30

Damage to boat motor parts by an unknown suspect during an unknown time frame was reported in the 700 block of S.E. Camellia Ct.

A vehicle was used to break a heavy duty chain across a driveway and metal was stolen in the 1400 block of N.E. 25th Ave.

About $300 in merchandise was stolen from the Radio Shack at 2359 N.W. 185th Ave. The suspect is in his early 20s with a nose ring. He left the location in a white sedan.

JAN. 31

A construction site office was entered through an unlocked garage door in the 1000 block of Ordonez Pl. A computer, camera and compressor were taken.

A person reported that 50 plastic forks were stuck in the lawn sometime overnight in the 1700 block of N.E. 10th Ave. Prior events include silly string on the reporting party’s cars.

A juvenile resident at 454 SE Washington St. (Safe Place for Youth) damaged his room before leaving the facility.

A man reported that his backpack was stolen at HART Theatre, 185 S.E. Washington St.

Green, white and blue paint was reported sprayed on a fence in the 700 block of N.E. Josephine Ct.

A 21-year-old-man passed out in the drive-thru at Taco Bell at 6255 SE Tualatin Valley Highway. He was driving under the influence of intoxicants.

FEB. 1

A Hillsboro Parks and Recreation employee found marijuana at 53rd Avenue Park.

A 12-pack of Budweiser was reported stolen from the Shell station at 7400 W. Baseline Rd.

Einstein Bagels at 222 S.E. Eighth Ave. reported that $36 worth of food was taken from cooler.

Hubcaps valued at $720 were reported stolen from a Jaguar in the 18100 block of N.W. Evergreen.

Multiple incidents of graffiti were reported in the area of S.E. Eighth Ave. and Cedar and Spruce streets.

An unknown subject checked out 141 items from the Shute Park Library under someone else’s account.

FEB. 2

A 25-year-old man was arrested at Taco Del Mar at First and Washington and lodged at the Washington County Jail. He was contacted several times during the day after reports of a suspicious person at First and Main, First and Oak, Winco and finally at Sequoia Art Gallery. At Taco Del Mar, he went in and started dancing and knocking stuff over.
