Windermere honors top brokers of 2013

Windermere Real Estate recently announced the brokers who generated the company’s top 10 percent of production in 2013. These brokers consistently play a large role in Windermere’s culture of charitable giving.

Last year, the company’s 11 offices combined to donate more than $200,000 to local charities supporting homeless and low-income families through the Windermere Foundation — with the top brokers accounting for 28 percent of that giving.

Dispersed among 41 charities, the beneficiaries spread throughout the communities served by Windermere Brokers.

“What is inspiring about these brokers is their unwillingness to surrender to a tough real estate market and their ability to implement creative solutions that get results for their clients,” said Joan Allen, co-owner of Windermere. “These professionals have overcome low inventory and rising interest rates to help steer their clients on a beneficial course. We commend them for their commitment to the communities in which they live and work.”

The top 2013 brokers from the Lake Oswego office are Alexis Halmy, Bill Futrell, Jennifer Noble, Kendall Woodworth and Kerri Miller.
