Howard joins Madison Lane

Rachel Howard was named president of specialty retail of sales and marketing at Madison Lane. Howard brings 25 years of specialty food industry experience to this position. Her primary focus will be to represent and manage lines of specialty food products to major chains and independent retail grocery stores throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.

Prior to joining Madison Lane, Howard was a regional sales manager for DCI Cheese Company/Saputo U.S. for six years.

Howard will be responsible for sales and marketing of newly acquired Murdock & White specialty retail products and will lead the specialty retail division at Madison Lane.

Moss receives master cruise counselor designation

Jo-Ann Moss, personal vacation planner for Cruise Planners-American Express Travel in West Linn, has been designated a Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) master cruise counselor after recently completing the organization’s certification requirements.

Moss achieved the certification by completing the official CLIA Cruise Academy training programs, visiting numerous ships, experiencing long cruises, attending professional and product development seminars and demonstrating strong sales achievement levels. This is the second certification Moss has received through CLIA.

Williams joins Willamette Valley Bank

Willamette Valley Bank Home Loan Division recently welcomed Senior Loan Consultant Todd Williams to its Lake Oswego branch. Williams brings 24 years of experience in the lending industry.

He began his career in commercial and corporate banking at First Interstate Bank after graduating from the University of Oregon in finance and accounting. In 1992, he moved to residential lending and has worked in an owner/manager capacity since 1995, including 12 years as president of Evergreen Mortgage.

Williams was president of the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals (OAMP) from 1997 to 1998, a founding member of the OAMP’s ethics committee and chair of its regulatory and government affairs committees for many years. He also served at many levels for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers from 1997 to 2006.
